This September, we’re bringing House Harmon to the water.

Join us for a three-day retreat at Sacred Waters in Hood Canal, WA (Sept 12-14, 2025), a space to unwind, reconnect, and recharge through movement, mindfulness, and silent disco under the stars.

5:30 PM – Welcome Circle & Intention Setting (Grounding breathwork & introduction)

6:30 PM – Dinner (Seasonal, nourishing meal)

8:00 PM – Evening Wind-Down: Breath & Sound (Movement, guided relaxation via noise canceling headphones)


Saturday, September 13 | Reset & Align

7:30 AM – Outside Morning Movement & Breathwork (Energizing flow, Pilates, & nervous system reset)

8:30 AM – Breakfast

10:00 AM – Workshop: The Science of Sustainable Performance (Understanding stress, energy, and recovery)

12:30 PM – Lunch & Free Time (Nature walks, journaling, rest, option to checkout Aldrbrook spa next door)

4:00 PM – Workshop: The Strategic Pause & Embodied Leadership (Practical tools for clarity & decision-making)

5:30 PM – Group Reflection & Integration (Journaling, small-group discussion)

6:30 PM – Dinner

8:00 PM – Fire Circle & Movement (Storytelling, community connection.. light dance party?!)
