Get ready for paradise in Panama. We'll have coffee and yoga in the morning with savasana by sunset in the evening. Learn the beauty of surfing and then spend a peaceful afternoon kayaking or stand-up paddle boarding. Bike to town for lunch and shopping or relax with a massage. We'll snorkel off the coast of an island and then brunch and beach yoga. You won't want to come back to reality after spending this amazing week full of adventure with us. Come alone or bring your friends, our retreats are designed to get you out of your comfort zone through excursions and exploration. When was the last time you did something for the first time?!

Margaret and I will be teaching a vinyasa style yoga rooted in Hatha or power yoga. You'll learn a mix of inversions, partner yoga, balancing poses and sequencing we'll build on in our week together. Sunset meditation and savasana will be the highlight of your day!

Activities

Daily surf lesson including board hire and rash guard (we keep our lessons small with no more than 2 students per instructor)

Boat trip to the beautiful white sand beach of Santa Catalina island for beach yoga, SUP, Snorkeling , Picnic breakfast,

Guided hike on Santa Catalina's community trail

Free access to bikes, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, snorkels and surf boards

I'm a full time adventurer and part-time flight attendant who's love of the outdoors means that hiking is my moving meditation. I believe in empowering you to live your yoga off the mat and my retreats will challenge you to change your perception of what you're capable of. When you adventure with me I'll be your biggest cheerleader and together we will conquer mountains! I know your time is valuable and your vacations are limited so I'm here to make sure you get the most out of wherever we visit.

We had a great time. Enjoyed the wonderful food. Definitely looking forward to the next adventure ! So glad to meet some wonderful goddesses and hope to cross paths again!

The retreat and Natalie exceeded my expectations! She was easy going, yet super organized and SO fun!! It was so wonderful to not have to plan anything while we were there. It was great to just show up and enjoy yoga, then breakfast and then return for a waterfall hike, etc. and there was no pressure at all if anyone wanted to skip things and chill. I went with my step daughter and soon to be daughter in law and we had a BLAST! All of the women in the group were wonderful, kind, inspirational women. I will definitely book another retread with Natalie!!

I couldn't have dreamed up a better trip! Natalie has a way of bringing together the most incredible individuals, and we all bonded this weekend over a series of activities that were equally rejuvenating and exciting. Plus, Telluride is one of the most beautiful places I've ever visited. 10/10 would recommend it!

Had followed Yogi Magee on Instagram for a while and was determined to make one of her adventure trips. Recently attended her “Om in the Ojo” retreat to Santa Fe and I can not positively rave enough! Natalie was so warm and welcoming to everyone. I am not an experienced yogi but she never made me feel self conscious or intimidated. She encouraged me and built my self confidence with each session. Natalie has everything planned perfectly and precisely but every activity was relaxed and flowed effortlessly. There was no pressure to participate in every activity though I could not get enough!! With her encouragement, I deeply bonded with the other women on the retreat and have kept in touch since the adventure. One of the things I loved the most was she had her friend, a extremely talented photographer, capture the whole trip with gorgeous pictures I will treasure forever. Oh, and don’t even get me started on the awesome swag bag!!! I highly recommend Yogi Adventures and can not wait to go on another trip she hosts!
