Juan Pablo is the Head of Accessibility for Wheel the World and has been in contact with accessible tourism since 2006, where he was able to experience firsthand the different barriers that are out there. He is also a passionate and enthusiastic traveler, and as a physical therapist he has been mixing his knowledge with his travel experiences.”

Julio has more than 20 years of experience in the tourism industry working with FIT, honeymoons, wellness retreats, groups, and incentives. He is the CEO of Essence of Costa Rica DMC and Gay Costa Rica Travel Agency. Additionally, he is the Founder and President of the LGBTIQ Chamber of Commerce of Costa Rica and recently founded the ID Foundation – a non-profit that advocates for diversity & inclusion with homeless LGBTIQ people in Costa Rica.
