Why WeTravel?

Q: How did you collect payments before you started using WeTravel?

A: Before using WeTravel, we processed payments with PayPal or direct transfers. It was really challenging as sometimes PayPal would arbitrarily freeze my account for “suspicious” transactions. It was also difficult to keep track of registrants and payments.

Solution

Q: How has this problem been solved by WeTravel?

A: WeTravel has completely changed the way we manage payments and registrations! It is so easy to collect payments with just one click and have all registrations in one place. Our clients love the convenience of paying through WeTravel and we love that we can include a participant questionnaire in the checkout process. It’s also so convenient to be able to send automated payment reminders.

Impact

Q: In what way WeTravel has impacted your business?

A: WeTravel has impacted our business by making payment and administrative processes easier, saving us tons of fees on international fund transfers, and streamlining payments to suppliers and staff. Moving forward, using the WeTravel Card, I expect to save at least $1,200USD per year on bank transfer fees when paying international suppliers.
