Problem

Q: How did you collect payments before you started using WeTravel?

A: We would usually make landing pages, collect payments through PayPal, and do all admin through email. It was challenging to stay organized and things would often get complicated. In turn, we probably lost some clients amidst all the jumble.

Solution

A: The WeTravel platform makes it very pleasant to collect payments. They take care of all the important and logistical steps and make It super easy to stay organized. Having the escrow account is great and a nice way to be able to transfer funds when needed. We also really appreciate the effective and innovative messaging system.

A: We Travel has greatly impacted our retreat bookings by allowing us to save time managing our admin and payments. It has definitely provided our guests with a better registration experience. The time we spend managing things is down by 30% yet we have much greater peace of mind.
