Escape to the woods and rediscover the heart of your relationship.
The Unbroken Couple's Retreat is a five-day, immersive experience in Bluff Dale, Texas, designed to help couples slow down, get honest, and learn the tools that actually work. You’ll tackle what’s not working, learn what makes love last, and rewrite the rules that have kept y'all stuck. We’ll cover Gottman foundations, explore neuropsychology, and create space for play, connection, and healing. Don't worry, there will be lots of laughter, some well-earned R&R, and one unforgettable Valentine’s Day. This is where the real work begins and your relationship re-starts... And, I swear, it’s worth every second.
So, come for the love.
Stay for the quiet.
Then leave with a relationship that makes sense again.
Welcome to your home away from home: Texas-style. This Bluff Dale hideaway is perched in the heart of Hill Country, where sweeping views meet stylish comfort and every detail whispers "breathe, you're here now".
Each couple will enjoy a beautifully appointed king suite with modern touches and cozy textures. Mornings begin with coffee on the porch in handcrafted wooden rockers. Afternoons are for lounging poolside, taking a dip, or sneaking in a swing beneath the old oak tree. And the evenings? They’re for firelight, front porch talks, and stars you haven’t seen in a while.
The main lodge offers a beautifully styled gathering space with soaring ceilings, exposed beams, and wide open views of the countryside. Curl up on a buttery couch beneath a dramatic longhorn portrait, enjoy your breakfast at the oversized farmhouse table, and watch golden light pour in through floor-to-ceiling windows that open fully to the breeze. It’s where connection lives—morning, noon, and stars-all-over-the-sky night.

Slip away into the stillness of the forest and find your way back to each other at The Unbroken Couple - a 5-day, all-inclusive couples retreat created for partners who want more than a vacation. This is for the ones who’ve weathered life together and still believe in something deeper. Something worth tending.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting couples, military families, and individuals navigating trauma and transition, I’ve designed this retreat with both the heart and the science of love in mind. Using the evidence-based Gottman Method techniques , we’ll explore the pillars of lasting partnership: communication, emotional safety, shared meaning, and intentional repair. This isn’t couples therapy, but it is deeply therapeutic. The work we’ll do together is structured, research-backed, and full of warmth and humor (because you can’t do the deep stuff without laughing a little too).
You’ll stay in a private king suite at a luxury lodge tucked in the hills of Broken Bow, Oklahoma. Over four nights and five days, you’ll enjoy ten nourishing meals (including three full days of chef-prepared breakfast, lunch, and dinner) plus access to hot tubs, a stocked fishing pond, and quiet corners built for reconnection.
This retreat includes daily guided workshops, breakout sessions for men and women to understand the neurobiology of their partners, and just enough free time to feel human again. It’s a soft landing for couples who are tired of feeling like ships passing in the night, and a powerful reset for those who want to love each other better.
