Welcome to Unapologetically Soft. Over the next few days in beautiful Sedona, you’re invited to slow down, breathe deeper, and meet yourself with tenderness. Everything on this itinerary is an offering—not an obligation. Choose what nourishes you: stretch and stillness, sisterhood and solitude, laughter by the fire or quiet journaling in the sun. Our shared rhythm is compassion, presence, and confidentiality; what’s spoken in circle stays in circle. Let this be a gentle homecoming to your body, your voice, and your heart’s wisdom. May you feel held by this community, restored by the red rocks, and reminded that you are worthy of ease, joy, and care—exactly as you are.
Welcome to Day One—a soft landing into our retreat. Arrive, exhale, and enjoy the Liv Ahwatukee amenities as we ease into connection over lunch. In the evening we’ll travel to Sedona, share a nourishing dinner, and open our Circle of Sisterhood with intentions and warmth, then wind down or gather by the fire.

Thank you for saying yes to yourself—and to this circle. Your willingness to arrive with openness, vulnerability, laughter, and quiet courage is already shaping the medicine of this retreat. As you prepare to come, remember: softness isn’t a place we visit; it’s a way we carry ourselves. Let your breath be your doorway in. Pack only what feels true. Set loving boundaries with yourself. When old patterns tug, place a gentle hand on your heart and choose again.
I’m profoundly grateful we get to share this time. May the red rocks greet you with the reminder that strength can be tender. May our sisterhood become a golden thread you can touch whenever you need it. May you speak to yourself kindly, forgive yourself often, and celebrate your becoming. Until we gather, move through your days gently, unapologetically, and in full bloom—knowing the sanctuary we’ll create together already lives within you.
