Say bye, bye to the USA as for 10 days, you'll be on the Land of a Thousand Islands. Be sure to prep - you have a very long overnight flight ahead. 

Because of the time zone difference, depending on where you are departing from in the US - You may need to depart on Thursday, April 23, 2026 or Friday, April 24, 2026 in order to arrive in Bali by Saturday, April 25, 2026.

After your arrival and you've succeeded through customs and immigration, your private hotel transportation guide will be there to greet you and take you to our host hotel in Bali- the luxurious 5- star ‘The Apurva Kempinski Bali’ where you'll spend 10 nights.

Your stay includes daily buffet breakfast.

After hotel check-in relax and refresh, as for the rest of the day/evening is on your own. 

You can explore at your own leisure before meeting up with the group at a TBD location for our official welcome dinner. 

After you've had your buffet breakfast, meet us down in the lobby to aboard our private motorcoach for our full day Bali Tour.

Our Bali Tour takes you to some of the island's most stunning and photogenic spots, including the Gates of Heaven at Lempuyang Temple, Tirta Gangga Water Palace, Tukad Cepung Waterfall, Tegalalang Rice Terraces, and the famous jungle swing (If desired, the swing dress is included). This private, all-inclusive day trip offers breathtaking views, photo opportunities, and a coffee tasting experience at a local plantation, with an English-speaking guide ensuring a memorable and hassle-free adventure.

Today is Bali Your Way day! This means you will plan it how you wish and do what you would like to do today!

Here are some suggestions:

• Spa/Yoga Day - You're in Bali, it's a must do!

• Visit an Elephant Sanctuary

• White Water Rafting

• Day at the pool and/or our hotel's private beach

• Visit Mount Ijen

• Have Breakfast with Orangutangs and Volunteer at a Rice Farm

Ubud's Monkey Forest is home to over 700 free-roaming monkeys and stunning ancient temples that offer insight into Bali’s rich culture. You’ll have a chance to capture an insta-famous monkey selfie. 

After your buffet breakfast, meet the group in the lobby as we will depart on for Nusa Penida.

Our Private Boat to Nusa Penida Tour offers a thrilling day of snorkeling with manta rays, turtles, and tropical fish at top spots around the island. After snorkeling, explore Nusa Penida’s iconic Kelingking Beach and Crystal Bay with a land tour. 

After your buffet breakfast, meet the group in the lobby as we will depart for our Balinese cooking class.

We'll take a Balinese Cooking Class - where you’ll learn to prepare traditional Balinese dishes with a local chef. After the cooking class, you’ll visit the iconic Tanah Lot Temple, known for its stunning coastal views and spiritual significance. This all-inclusive tour provides a unique combination of culinary and cultural exploration, giving you a deep dive into Bali’s rich traditions and flavors.

The majority of today is yours. Soak in the last day of that Balian sun! 

Later in the evening, we'll all meet back up with as a group for one last gathering- our farewell dinner.
