Escape for an unforgettable long weekend filled with adventure, laughter, and deep exhale moments.

Whether you’re learning to surf for the first time or building confidence in the waves, our expert female coaches are here to guide and cheer you on.

You’ll move your body with intention through daily yoga, nourish yourself with delicious meals, and connect with a group of like-minded women who just get it.

​This isn’t your average retreat.
It’s an experience built from years of supporting women in the ocean - a space where you’re seen, supported, and completely free to be yourself.

Salty Bliss isn’t just a name. It’s the feeling you’ll carry home: Joy. Strength. Sisterhood. Self-trust.

​Everything is taken care of - from transport to the surf spots to chef-made meals - so all you have to do is show up and say yes to yourself.

Arrival at Surfaris Crescent Head

Check in from 2pm

Surfaris - 271 Loftus Rd, Crescent Head NSW

3:30pm Yoga Class

Stretch and unwind after the travel

4:00pm Opening Circle

Get to know each other and set intentions & goals for the weekend

6:00pm Dinner

Let's Go Surfing

7am Coffee & Breakfast

Starting with delicious food and barista made coffee to have us ready for the day

We will find the best location for all levels and split into Beginners & Progression/Intermediate groups

We will spend our day at the beach, with nourishing lunch delivered to us, great chats and plenty of winter sunshine
