The TCS London Marathon is the largest running charity event in the world and one of the seven Abbott World Marathon Majors. The event is set over a largely flat course, beginning at three separate start lines at Blackheath and finishing on the Mall just past Buckingham Palace and conveniently within a short walk of our FIT hotel locations.
FIT has been a proud partner of the TCS London Marathon for the past six years, and we're looking to return for our seventh in 2026. The Dilly offers an incredible location in the heart of the city & bustling Piccadilly (hence the name). Funky, historic, recently under new ownership (formerly the Le Meridien) - the hotel location and price is tough to beat over race weekend. The hotel FITS into our programming as a wonderful option for race weekend accommodations appealing to most travelers!
Welcome to London! After landing in London, make your own way to the hotel. Check-in is at 3pm. Today, meet your FIT team; if you arrive earlier and your room is not ready, leave your bags with the bellman and take a stroll around your new neighborhood!

Opt to book a ticket on FIT's private city tour. This tour is a combination walking/bus tour that provides a wonderful overview of the city of London and her iconic landmarks. Commentary is provided by an expert local guide who is there to bring to life the city and answer your questions/make recommendations on additional touring.
Tour begins and ends at the Boadicea Statue off Westminster Bridge. We do not enter any buildings/landmarks on this tour, but do recommend you return to any of interest.
Opt to join FIT for an early morning shake-out run. Otherwise, it's a free day to explore London, return to the expo, enjoy a matinee show, or rest in prep for tomorrow.

Time to run the 2026 TCS London Marathon! Enjoy the day on the course racing, running, walking or spectating! FIT will host 2 cheering stations for spectators to join.
