Saturday Jan 10th: Shuttle from Hayden Airport to Trappeur’s Crossing Resort located at 1795 Medicine Springs Drive. Arrive approximately 1:30 PM. Sports America team will meet with trip leader in resort lobby to distribute trip materials to participants (credentials, landyards, lift tickets, ribbons, pins, etc.) For those wanting a grocery/liquor store run, Trappeur’s Crossing offers a complimentary shuttle. The rest of the day is your free time.

Mountain Tours
Steamboat offers ambassador tours for TSC at a discounted $15 per person per day. 10am meetup. 2hr tour – must be comfortable on blue runs. Available days are Sunday and/or Monday. On the registration page, select 1 or both days. There are no date changes or cancellations allowed once you have made your payment.
First Tracks
$65 per person per day when pre-purchased through Sports America. On the registration page, select which day(s) you want. There are no date changes or cancellations allowed once you have made your payment.
(IKON Pass & Base Pass holders have a FREE day on January 16. To participate, there is no action required, pass holders can go straight to the Wild Blue Gondola between 8:00 and 8:15 AM.)

Strawberry Park Hot Springs. There will be no official Austin Skiers group arrangement for this event. Participation is optional and you are on your own for arrangements. We have organized a private bus. Please meet your trip chair at the baggage claim. We will proceed to the bus together.
The bus trip is about 40 minutes. It does not include a grocery stop, but the Hotel has a complimentary shuttle to grocery/liquor store anytime after you arrive. In addition, there will be NO lunch on the shuttle.
If you have organized your own flights but added-on the shuttle, you will be contacted by Sara Clemons with Sports America regarding which shuttle's schedule you should take.
