Roundtrip bus transport from the Geneva airport to the lodging included in the Ground Only price.
This is an All Inclusive Club Med Resort! Meals, Lift tickets & Lessons are included in the registration price.
$1842 - Single Supplement add-on (private room)
POST TRIP to Chamonix, France - Feb. 1st - 5th. Package includes: Transfer from Val Thorens to Chamonix, 4 nights lodging w/ daily breakfast at the Alpina Hotel & Spa.
Transfer from Alpina to Geneva Airport on Feb 5 available to book through the Hotel at ~$50.
Payment Schedule:
$300 deposit is due upon registration for double occupancy room. ($600 SS)
$1200 due on October 15th. ($1200)
Final balance due on December 5th.

Note that this Trip is for current members of the Austin Ski Club Only, or those that have reciprocal status when it becomes available. Registrations made by anyone outside of these options will be cancelled unless the requirements (membership or reciprocity) are met within 24 hours of notification by the Trip Chair.
We will meet at Geneva Airport for bus transfer to Resort at approx. 8:30am Jan. 25th
We will be staying at Club Med Sensations Val Thorens .
We return by shuttle to Geneva Airport (or Chamonix if attending Post Trip) on Sunday morning Feb 1st.
Club Med Ski vacations are all-inclusive.

Meet ~8:30am at GVA to meet our bus transfer to the Resort
We have organized a private bus. Please meet your trip chair at the baggage claim. We will proceed to the bus together.
The bus trip is about 2.5 hours.
If you have organized your own flights, please be sure to meet the Club at the baggage claim if you wish to join the transport to the hotel.
We will be picked up by private transport approx. 6:30am to return to the airport.
2nd bus will pick up post trip participants at 11:00am to head to Chamonix, France.
Once you have registered for the trip, please join the Val Thorens Whats App Group.
We will be managing the trip by What's app. Look for the group invite from your TC for "AS Val Thorens 2026".
