If this is your ONLY IKON Trip - 3, 4, 5 & 6 day group lifts are available if you choose not to purchase the IKON pass. Lift tickets for non-pass holders will be available as an add-on as follows (Adult/Senior):

Payment Schedule:
$300 deposit is due upon registration for double occupancy room.
$300 due on October 15th
Final balance due on December 15th.

Note that this Trip is for current members of the Austin Ski Club Only, or those that have reciprocal status when it becomes available. Registrations made by anyone outside of these options will be cancelled unless the requirements (membership or reciprocity) are met within 24 hours of notification by the Trip Chair.
We will be flying from Austin to Denver, and then to Calgary on Saturday morning, February 7th.
We will be staying at Caribou Lodge & Spa Hotel in downtown Banff.
We return on Saturday, February 14th flying in the early afternoon from Calgary to Houston , and then home to Austin.
Banff, Alberta, is a stunning mountain town nestled within the heart of the Canadian Rockies. . The charming downtown features unique shops, restaurants, and art galleries, perfect for leisurely strolls.
Tucked within the boundaries of Banff National Park in the Canadian Rockies, Banff provides a home-base to three distinctive ski resorts; Banff Sunshine, The Lake Louise Ski Resort and Mt Norquay - known as the 'Big 3'!
All are within a 45 minute shuttle ride from our hotel, with frequent shuttle service from the stop in front of the hotel.
Each offers a different kind of terrain with unparalleled views of the massive mountains, glaciers, and lakes that fill the horizon as far as you can see.
Combined, these three mountains offer more than 7,700 acres of skiable terrain serviced by 29 lifts that feed into 362 runs of all levels.
They are all IKON resorts, with lift tickets also available for purchase through your registration depending on how many days you want to ski.

Located in Banff National Park, the Banff Caribou Lodge & Spa offers a mountain lodge hotel, superior guest rooms, a great steakhouse restaurant and a full service spa, all in one outstanding location.

Farewell Party with dinner, followed by a DJ to get you dancing!!
Featuring a buffet with roasted chicken, ribs, vegetables, mashed potatoes, French bread, brownies, and the chef's choice of dessert!
They will also be awarding the ski racing awards to the racers, so hopefully we will be able to congratulate any of Austin Skier competitors who win awards!!
We will send out a daily update every evening through the WhatsApp group to everyone with the location and times of the next day's Lunch Meet-Ups and Happy Hours.
With three mountains to choose from to ski, we may do more Happy Hours downtown so that everyone who wants to can attend.
We will rotate the Lunch Meet-Ups to have two on each mountain for the six skiing days.
Our trip will include ski race competition between all TSC clubs on the trip.
Austin Skiers will have a race event sign-up for racers through the WeTravel app available approximately 30 days prior to the trip.
Racers will compete in gender age groups and awards will be given at the Farewell Dinner.
Look for more information, race fee, course location, and date, from Tom Mowdy, the Austin Skiers Race Director, as the trip date gets closer.

We have organized a private bus. Please meet your trip chair at the baggage claim. We will proceed to the bus together.
The bus trip is about 1.5 hours. (2.5 hrs. with included grocery/liquor stop)
If you have organized your own flights, please be sure to meet the Club at the baggage claim if you wish to join the transport to the hotel.
