Roundtrip bus transport from the Reno airport to the lodging(s) included in the Ground Only price. The transport will be scheduled to meet the Club recommended flights below.
$1304 - Single Supplement add-on (private room)
LIFTS - Epic Pass Destination - Epic pass is typically your best option if you are planning additional Epic destinations.
Group Lift Tickets will usually be at a higher cost than the Epic "DAY PASSES" if this is your only EPIC trip.

We currently do not have pricing for daily group lift tickets but they will be available at a later date.
Payment Schedule:
$300 deposit is due upon registration for double occupancy room.
$300 due on December 5th.
Final balance due on January 5th.
Additional fees may be due based on the add-ons chosen as listed in the trip registration page.

Note that this Trip is for current members of the Austin Ski Club Only, or those that have reciprocal status when it becomes available. Registrations made by anyone outside of these options will be cancelled unless the requirements (membership or reciprocity) are met within 24 hours of notification by the Trip Chair.
In Reno we will board a charter bus to Margaritaville at Heavenly Resort.
Four nights accommodations at Margaritaville in South Lake Tahoe with sixteen double queen suites with 2 people per suite from March 13th - 17th.
Daily breakfast buffet included at Margaritaville.
Transfer on morning of the 17th to North Lake Tahoe with grocery stop included and then arrive at Northstar Village.
Three nights accommodations in Northstar Village in new 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condos with four people per condo from March 17th - 20th.
Depart mid morning on March 20th for the return to Reno Airport
The club suggested itinerary is Southwest airlines both ways. We are not booking any group flights, but if you want to take the group transport, you need to book flights to accommodate.

The bus schedule is leave Reno airport on March 13th at 3:00pm if not sooner. Plan your arrival near the club itinerary of 12:55pm.
Concerning the return from Northstar to Reno airport. For now, assume we will arrive at airport by 11am and plan accordingly.

We have organized a private bus. Please meet your trip chair at the baggage claim. We will proceed to the bus together.
The bus trip is about 1 hour.
If you have organized your own flights, please be sure to meet the Club at the baggage claim if you wish to join the transport to the hotel.

We will be picked up by private transport to return to the airport.
