For tickets included in the cost of your Broadway Adventure:

We will let you know when it is time to choose your shows—this is typically about three months before the program.

You’ll be asked to choose at least four shows, listed in order of preference. We’ll do everything we can to obtain tickets for your first three choices.

Before submitting your show choices, please review the latest surcharges (below). Surcharges fluctuate based on seat availability, much like airline pricing. We make every effort to keep this information as current as possible.

When we receive your ticket request, we will assume you have reviewed this document and are aware of the current surcharge information for the seats you’ve selected.

  • If we are able to secure a lower surcharge, we will pass the savings on to you.

  • If the surcharge is less than $15 higher than indicated below, we will obtain your tickets.

  • If the surcharge is more than $15 higher, we will move to your next preference.

Seating Options

Please indicate which of the following seating locations you prefer:

Mid-Premium Seats
These are included in the cost of the Broadway Adventure. They are typically located in the front Orchestra side, beginning with the fifth seat from the aisle. Except for a few shows, there is no surcharge for these seats.

Premium Seats
Usually in the front Orchestra Center or within the first four seats from the aisle in the front Orchestra side. Premium surcharges vary by show.

  • We generally recommend Mid-Premium seats unless it is especially important for you to sit in Orchestra Center or to have an aisle seat.

If you are ordering additional tickets, not included in the cost of the Broadway Adventure:

  • Cost of the ticket = Ticket price + $40 Ticketing & Service Fee.

    • If you are paying by ACH transfer (direct payment from your bank), no additional fees will be applied.

    • If you are paying by credit card, an additional credit card processing fee will be added as determined by WeTravel.

  • A description of each show can be found below.

  • The surcharges listed below apply only to tickets included in the cost of the Broadway Adventure.
