Meals and refreshments

All chef prepared meals, snacks and a selection of alcoholic (beer and wine) and non-alcoholic drinks are included. 

Delivery crew passages

Sometimes we need to relocate a vessel between ports, on a non-commercial basis. You get the opportunity to join the passage, at the cost price for that voyage. We are legally only allowed to share the direct expenses related to the voyage e.g. professional crew wages, event provisions, fuel, compliance fees, marina fees, travel, meals and anything else directly related. We are not allowed to include any other business operational expenses, for people or costs not related directly to the passage or a profit margin. These opportunities are available 3-5 times per year when we need to relocate vessels that are operating outside of survey temporarily. These are generally at 50-70% discount off normal event retail prices. No further discount is available. As delivery crew, you will help with the management of the vessel including final preparation, voyage planning and watch duties.

Exclusions

Your package excludes; accommodation and meals ashore, flights and transport to and from departure and arrival ports.
