This Fast Lane Travel tour starts and ends in Stuttgart. We always recommend that you arrive a day early, if possible, to have time to relax, adjust to the time change, and enjoy the area (ask about our Early Arrivals Program that includes hotel, dinner and breakfast). We recommend that you fly into Stuttgart (STR). If you fly into Frankfurt (FRA), the best way to get to Stuttgart is to take the train directly from the Arrivals Terminal 1 in FRA to the Stuttgarter Hauptbahnhof Station – it’s a little over an hour’s train ride. The Steigenberger Hotel Graf Zeppelin is directly across the street from the train station.

Today marks the official beginning of your journey. Guests arriving at Stuttgart Airport (STR) will be transferred to the Steigenberger Hotel Graf Zeppelin, while those arriving in Frankfurt (FRA) will be guided to the direct train to Stuttgart’s central station across from the hotel.

After check-in, take a moment to refresh before joining the group.

We gather at 13:00 for a delicious lunch at the hotel’s Stüble restaurant.

At 15:00, we meet in the Mezzanine Salon for the mandatory Drivers’ Briefing, where we review safety procedures and tour logistics.

At 17:30, a private bus will take us to Volksfest, one of Germany’s largest and most festive spring celebrations. Enjoy reserved seating, a lively atmosphere, hearty dishes, wine, beer, and local entertainment.

At approximately 21:00, we return by bus to the hotel and settle in for the night.

After breakfast, we will board our luxury motor coach to Porsche Platz 1 in Stuttgart.  You’ll be thrilled by our privately guided tour through the PORSCHE Factory and PORSCHE Museum, and we’ll also visit some closed-to-the-public areas like the New Car Delivery, Goodie Store and Special Selection. 

Lunch will be in the PORSCHE Museum at the renowned Christophorus Restaurant.  

After our delightful lunch, you will find the PORSCHE you selected waiting for you.  The Team at PORSCHE Drive will introduce you to your PORSCHE, including familiarization with the PDK Transmission, the Navigation Systems, and the various routes to be driven.  You will drive your PORSCHE back to the Hotel Graf Zeppelin where it will be securely parked for the night.

This evening we gather for a traditional Swabian dinner at the charming Stäffele restaurant, famous for its regional cuisine and warm atmosphere.

Start your first driving day with a delightful breakfast at the Steigenberger Hotel Graf Zeppelin. 

After you check out and load your large luggage in our luggage van, we will depart from the hotel.

We begin today’s scenic drive on the A8 and A7 Autobahns, heading into the spectacular Bavarian Alps.

We will stop for lunch in the Bavarian Alps at the charming Hotel Schlossanger Alp. 

After lunch, we’ll continue our drive to Lake Constance and the lovely island of Lindau. 

We’ll check in to the Hotel Bayerischer Hof, a luxury hotel located on the banks of Lake Constance (called the Bodensee in German).

The afternoon is yours free to explore the lovely area of Lindau.

Drinks and a 3-course dinner await us tonight at this delightful hotel overlooking the harbor on Lake Constance.

After breakfast, we leave the beautiful region of Lindau and begin our drive toward the Black Forest, passing through the area around Konstanz

We stop for lunch at Hegau-Ost, an Autobahn rest stop known for excellent regional dishes.

The journey continues through the serene landscapes of the Black Forest, finishing in Hinterzarten.

Arrive at the prestigious Hotel Traube Tonbach, where we check into our rooms and have time to refresh.

We meet for pre-dinner drinks, followed by a gourmet 3-course dinner at the hotel.

After breakfast at Traube Tonbach, we begin our drive along scenic country roads and sections of the Autobahn en route to the Rhine Valley.

We arrive at ClassicBid for lunch including beverages, followed by time to explore their impressive car exhibition.

Continue to Castle Rheinfels, perched above the Rhine River. After check-in, enjoy time to relax at this historic fortress hotel.

Pre-dinner drinks at 18:30 followed by dinner at the castle’s restaurant.

Spend the evening at Catle Rheinfels

After breakfast, we embark on a wonderful day through the Rhine Valley, visiting the stunning Castle Vollrads and the historic Monastery Eberbach, known from the film The Name of the Rose.

We take the ferry to St. Goarshausen and later to Bingen, enjoying scenic river views along the way.

A memorable lunch awaits at Castle Johannisberg, with beautiful terraces overlooking the valley.

Pre-dinner drinks begin at 18:30, followed by another excellent dinner at Castle Rheinfels.

Spend the evening at Castle Rheinfels

• Breakfast

• Drive to Porsche Stuttgart

• Return cars

• Transfer to Graf Zeppelin

• Dinner at La Brasserie

• Overnight at Graf Zeppelin

After breakfast, we depart Castle Rheinfels and drive approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes back to Stuttgart.

After our short lunch break, we’ll continue our drive back to Stuttgart and to the PORSCHE Museum where you must sadly return your PORSCHE!  Our motor coach will return us to the Hotel Graf Zeppelin. 

Enjoy canapés and drinks at the hotel before a wonderful dinner at La Brasserie.

Spend the evening at the Graf Zeppelin before the morning departure
