Birds circle above the mangroves, while whales rise and fall beside the boat—sometimes breaching, sometimes pausing to spyhop, often gliding close enough to meet your gaze. We then sail to Isla San Francisco, a 2.5-hour crossing with chances to capture dolphins, whales, and endless seascapes. As the sun lowers, a short desert island hike reveals ridges and shorelines glowing in golden light.
As night falls, brace yourself for the ultimate spectacle: the Blood Moon total lunar eclipse, casting an otherworldly glow over the sea. Astrophotography photo op.

Rare coastal birds, from skilled fishers (3 species of booby birds) to fierce birds of prey, (peregrine falcons) add striking drama to the skies.
As the day winds down, golden hour casts its magic over sea and sky, offering a final chance to capture the ocean’s wild beauty in perfect light.

Before returning to La Paz, two unforgettable photographic stops await: a nesting colony of Magnificent Frigatebirds, where parents tend their young, and a Blue Heron rookery uniquely cradled in the cactus. We arrive back in port between 3–4 pm, bringing our journey to a graceful close with one last transfer to the hotel.

An unforgettable experience for snorkelers and photographers alike.
