For the man who’s ready to meet his next edge.

Think brotherhood, challenge, fire, ice, and sweat. Together we’ll breathe, move, and immerse in powerful connection that leaves you sharper, stronger, and more alive.

This experience is about stripping back the noise and coming home to yourself - whilst standing shoulder-to-shoulder with other men who are doing the same.

This is for:

  • Brothers seeking something deeper than small talk

  • Men looking for connected community

  • Those ready for challenge, growth & brotherhood

Step into the fire. Embrace the ice. Leave with more than you came with.

FAQs

Do I need prior experience in men’s work or retreats?

Not at all. This gathering is open to any man in a position of existing leadership, who is called to reconnect with himself, deepen his purpose, and explore authentic brotherhood. Whether you’re new or seasoned, there’s something here for you.

What’s included in the price?

Your $249 NZD investment covers everything for the 1-day experience:

  • Lunch, snacks, and dinner - nourishing organic, local kai

  • Full access to workshops, fire circles, sweat lodge, and guided experiences

  • Support from seasoned facilitators & elders

  • Pre- and post-event integration support

  • Your contribution helps fund a future brother’s journey

Is this physically intense? Do I need to be fit?

This weekend invites physical challenge — but it’s not a bootcamp. You’ll be guided to your edge, not pushed past it. It’s more about embodied presence than peak performance. You don’t need to be an athlete. You just need to be willing to show up with heart, courage, and curiosity.

What should I bring?

A full packing list will be emailed after registration. Generally:

  • Sturdy outdoor wear (layers for all weather)

  • Swimwear & towel

  • Journal + pen

  • Open mind, willing heart

  • Anything sacred or personal for ceremony (optional)

Can I attend if I’m dealing with stress, burnout or a life transition?

Absolutely. Many men come at moments of crossroads — burnout, big change, or quiet discontent. This is a space for honest recalibration and connection. We’re here to hold and support you, wherever you’re at.

What happens after the weekend?

The weekend is just the beginning. Potential pathways are ongoing online BROS circles, support with leadership development training, and being involved in our wider community of men across Aotearoa. It’s not just an experience — it’s the start of a movement.
