A TOUR BY CHEF DIDIER

10 DAYS: FRIDAY April 10th to SUNDAY April 19th, 2026

The following itinerary includes all of the following: 10 days of hotels accommodations, all 7 breakfasts, 7 luncheons, 5 dinners, all accompanied with wines & beers, coffee, etc., and sometimes aperitifs too (only 5 evenings will be at your leisure). Any dietaries are welcome. This itinerary includes all entrance & tickets to daily activities (see activities below). All daily travels (from Friday April 10th to Sunday April 19th) are with a 49-seat Deluxe A/C and Heated Motor Coach.

The airfare from the United States to Lyon and from Lyon to the United States is not included.

Day 1

Friday April 10th: ( D )

Pick up at Lyon Airport if you are arriving that morning.

If you are in Lyon for some time, you will meet at 1:45 p.m. in front the Temple of Chocolate, “Maison Bernachon” (located at 42 Cours Franklin Roosevelt 69006 Lyon) for a cooking class with chocolate and pastries degustation (this is our first attraction for the day).

Going to our Hotel where we will stay for 4 nights.

Dinner at a local Bouchon in the Old Lyon.

Day 2

Saturday April 11th: ( B, L )

Going to “Les Halles Paul Bocuse” where we will enjoy Hors d’Oeuvres from local farmers.

Day 3

Sunday April 12th: ( D )

Visits for the day

Priceless dinner at the world famous “Paul Bocuse” restaurant with a group photo with their Chefs. Visit of the kitchen and cellar – An unforgettable gastronomic sparkle.

Return to the Hotel.

Day 4

Monday April 13th: ( B, L )

Visit of the Lyon old town, its narrow streets and its Traboules (secret hallways connecting buildings).

Lunch at a local restaurant.

Return to the Hotel. Evening at your leisure.

Day 5

Tuesday April 14th: ( B, L )

Leaving our first Hotel.

Going to OINGT, an UNESCO Village in Beaujolais.

Visit of a winery, with Didier’s friends and winemaker.

Lunch in Villie-Morgon.

Visit of a second winery.

Going to our second Hotel for 2 nights. Evening at your leisure.

Day 6

Wednesday April 15th: ( B, L, D )

Visit of a Bonbons Anis Factory.

Lunch at a local restaurant.

Visit of a Burgundy winery.

Dinner at a local restaurant in Burgundy.

Return to the Hotel.

Day 7

Thursday April 16th: ( B, L )

Leaving our second Hotel.

Visit of the Fallot Mustards where we will make our own mustards to take back home.

Going to our third Hotel near Beaune. Evening at your leisure.

Day 8

Friday April 17th: ( B, L )

Dijon Cite International of Gastronomy and Wine.

Visit of “The Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy” in Dijon.

Arriving in Beaune.

Visit of a local cheese farm with tasting.

Visit of a local winery.

Return to the Hotel.

Day 9

Saturday April 18th: ( B, L, D )

Visit and lunch at “Les Halles de Beaune” with a special lunch made for us.

Visit of “Les Hospice de Beaune,” an old hospital transformed into a wine empire.

Dinner at a local restaurant and memoir of the TOUR.

Return to Hotel.

Day 10

Sunday April 19th: ( B )

End of the TOUR, after breakfast and good-byes!

Transport

Leave our hotel to go visit one of the most beautiful Cathedral in VEZELAY France

Lunch

We will have a visit & degustation in a winery in CHABLIS, followed by a wonderful lunch

Transport

Abdel, our Bus Chauffeur, will take us to the Charles de Gaulle Airport and/or somewhere in Paris, for your final destination

Optional

If you wish to go back with a comfortable ride with our Chauffuer Abdel, we will go to visit the Cathedral in VEZELAY, followed by lunch and a visit to a winery in CHABLIS.

Direction to Paris with a Charles de Gaulle Airport drop off.

If you wish for our Chauffeur to take you back to the Paris Airport or downtown, there is an additional cost of $175/each.
