Wildlife & Dolphins of Kangaroo Island Workshop

Wildlife & Dolphins of Kangaroo Island Workshop image

22nd February – 1st March (7 Nights)

Kangaroo Island is a nature lover’s dream, with diverse landscapes, iconic Australian wildlife and a coastal area teaming with dolphins, sealions, whales and so much more. Resident pods of bottlenose dolphins circle the coastline while Australian Sealions and Fur seals can be seen basking on the rocks. We will be snorkeling with the dolphins, over beautiful expanses of seagrass and shallow sand coastline, as well as photographing dolphins topside from the boat. We will look for playful sealions and get in the water in  a rich kelp forrest that lines the coast. Not to mention diving through swim throughs and caves in some of the most picturesque places in Kangaroo Island.

There will be a full day land-based tour, where you have the chance to photograph koalas, birds, kangaroos, wallabies, echidnas, goannas and more.

No matter what level of photography or videography experience you have, Scott Portelli will be on hand daily to help you get the most out of your trip.  There will be time each evening to review and edit your images to optimise your photography and improve your approach.
