Accommodation is provided in the family run 2* Hotel Moineaux, in the village of Bellevaux approximately 1.5 hours from Geneva International Airport. The hotel also has a small sauna and simple gym in addition to a large space for yoga.

We rendez-vous 5pm at the Hotel in Bellevaux. With time to settle in, you can unwind from your journey and begin to put the week behind you with your first, restorative Hatha Yoga session which is followed by dinner in the hotel. Transfers from Geneva airport, city and other locations can be arranged at extra cost.

Saturday begins with a 5 hour Snowshoe hike around the beautiful Lac Vallon, a short drive from the hotel. Ascend up into the Alpage traversing towards La Chevrerie hiking past the beautifully renovated St Bruno chapel, finishing on the far side of the lake.

The afternoon is free to relax, or you can book an optional massage at the hotel.

The day's restorative yoga session helps you warm down and relax before dinner.

The day begins with pre-breakfast yoga, mindfulness and meditation.

A sociable brunch is served after the morning yoga session.

Embark on a 3 hour snowshoe excursion. Hiking beneath the incredible Roc du Enfer, start on a forested trail at the head of Valley Brevon, climbing up through forest to emerge at the small area known as Petetroz with several summer mountain chalets set in the amphitheatre of the Roc du Enfer.

The weekend concludes at approximately 3.30 / 4pm with return transfers to Geneva available upon request.
