7:00 Morning Pages. Wake up and journal your thoughts and how you start the day. We offer writing prompts to give you something to reflect on while looking out at the peaceful Carribean Sea.
7:15 Morning Meditation. Start the day with a 15 minute Meditation. This may be a guided mindfulness talk or a more traditional visualization while focusing on your breath.
7:30 Beachwalk and Workout. We start the day with a brisk walk on the beach. Walking for the first 10 minutes in silence then keeping up a good pace to return and do a mini beach work out before yoga.
8:30 Morning Vinyasa. Wake up to an inspirational strong flow, in a beautiful yoga shala.
Breakfast. Delicious healthy breakfast and green juice.
Free Time or Tour. We offer free time for spa or every 2nd day we take you on a tour to a local highlight.
Lunch. Enjoy Lunch together and fresh healthy salad with catch of the day.
Dance Class or Cardio. Depending on the day, we may offer a Dance or Cardio Class. Whatever class you choose, it will be fun and inspirational with our World-Class instructors.
Pilates. Looking for Alignment we will offer either Pilates or an Abs Class to keep your core strong.

Daily | Morning Meditation. Each day begins with a grounding morning meditation, setting the tone with intention, clarity, and calm — so you start your day centered and connected.
Daily | Beachwalk. We start each morning on an empty stomach with a brisk 45-minute beach walk along the shores of Tulum. The first 10 minutes are in silence, allowing space for a moving meditation as the sun rises. Then we pick up the pace, get the heart pumping, and awaken the body — setting the tone for an energized, intention-filled day.
Daily | Morning Yoga. Wake up to a vibrant vinyasa in one of our beautiful beachside shalas. With inspiring music, mindful guidance, and energizing movement, you’ll flow into your day feeling strong, centered, and fully alive.
Pilates. Pilates is typically offered every other day, led by our world-class instructors who guide you through a dynamic flow to align your spine, strengthen your core, and leave you feeling long, lean, and centered.
Dance Classes. From Afrobeats to Latin grooves and Dancehall vibes, our instructors will get you moving in ways you never thought possible — pure joy, sweat, and self-expression on the dance floor. Usually held every other day.

Devastated by 9/11, owner and founder Melissa Perlman poured her energy into volunteering. Eventually, burned out from the New York City lifestyle, she wanted to leave the city and start something fresh.
After 9/11, like many people Melissa asked herself, "If I could. live anywhere in the world, where would it be?" She immediately knew the answer, the white sandy beaches of Tulum, just a few hour’s flights from the hectic New York lifestyle she had been living.
She envisioned creating a place where people could come to reconnect to themselves and nature through a combination of fitness, time in nature, pampering, healthy food, and being around like-minded people.
