SYR Musical Tour in Ireland
Introduction
SYR is a Celtic folk-rock band from Columbia, South Carolina that blends traditional Celtic sounds with a modern rock edge to create powerful songs with themes of ancient stories, history, and mythology. The band, pronounced "sire," is known for its high-energy performances and tours extensively at Celtic, Irish, and Scottish festivals across the US and internationally.
Guests will be greeted by their driver in the arrival hall, before boarding a luxury tour bus and driving to Dublin City @ 10:00am. Take a panoramic city tour before checking in at the hotel.
Visit the world-famous Guinness Storehouse at St. James’s Gate at 3:30 pm to dive into Ireland’s brewing heritage and enjoy a panoramic pint atop the Gravity Bar.
A majestic Norman fortress founded around 1260 by William Marshall to command the River Nore and regional trade routes. It served as the grand seat of the powerful Butler (Ormonde) family for nearly 600 years before being gifted to the people of Kilkenny in 1967 and restored in Victorian splendor. Visit scheduled at 10:00 am.
A 15th-century tower house on the shores of Lough Leane in Killarney National Park, built by the O’Donoghue Mór clan. Famous for its legends and history, it was the last stronghold in Munster to fall to Cromwell in 1652. Open seasonally, the castle offers guided tours with period furnishings, stunning lake views, and boat trips to nearby islands. Visit time to be at 3:00 pm.
Offers unique tasting experiences for small groups (from 2-20+), including whiskey and gin tastings. The fully guided experiences combine an introduction to the rich history of Irish whiskey with an overview of its raw materials and production process. Sampling 100% Kerry spirits, guests can navigate through the flavours and learn about the differences while also listening to the mesmerising stories of the local brands and the Kerry people who crafted them. Kerry Bog Village is a unique heritage site featuring traditional thatched cottages and a live sheepdog demonstration, showcasing Ireland’s rural traditions and history. Visit time to be @ 10:00 am

To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of €500 per person is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your place on the tour and allows us to make the necessary arrangements on your behalf. The remaining balance of your tour cost is due no later than 60 days prior to the scheduled departure date. Payments not received by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking, and both your reservation and deposit may be forfeited. Please note that all deposits are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing by DOC’S Tours.
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, delays, lost luggage, or medical emergencies while traveling. While participation in a travel insurance program is at the guest’s discretion, we emphasize its importance in safeguarding your investment. For your convenience, DOC’S Tours recommends TravelSafe as a trusted provider, though guests are welcome to use the insurer of their choice.
Airfare is not included in the quoted price of the tour package. Guests are responsible for making their own flight arrangements. However, our team will gladly assist by providing recommendations on suitable routes, preferred carriers, and competitive airfare options to coordinate smoothly with your tour schedule. Please note that DOC’S Tours assumes no responsibility for airfare purchased independently, including costs associated with delays, cancellations, or missed connections.
All payments are processed in euros (€) or pounds sterling (£), unless otherwise specified. Payments made in other currencies will be subject to the applicable currency conversion rates in effect on the date the payment is processed. DOC’S Tours is not responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates or additional charges imposed by your bank or credit card provider.

By submitting your deposit and confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These policies are binding upon payment of the deposit and remain in effect for the duration of your tour.
