Dreams Of Freedom were formed in 2001 In North County Kerry. Since our formation we have gone on to secure residencies in Killarney and Dingle for the past 8 years. In this time they have also played in The USA, Italy, Germany Holland and the UK.

Kilmainham Gaol

Located in Kilmainham, Dublin, is a former prison turned powerful museum that chronicles over a century of Ireland’s struggle for independence. Opened in 1796 and closed in 1924, it held both everyday criminals and political prisoners—including leaders of the 1798, 1848, 1867, and 1916 rebellions like Robert Emmet, Charles Stewart Parnell, and the Easter Rising figures—with many executed in its stonebreakers’ yard.

Guinness Storehouse

A popular tourist attraction located at the historic St. James’s Gate Brewery. Opened in 2000, it features seven floors of interactive exhibits about the history, brewing process, and marketing of Guinness. Visitors can learn to pour the perfect pint, enjoy tastings, and take in panoramic views of the city from the Gravity Bar. Cliffs of Moher

One of Ireland’s most famous natural attractions, located in County Clare along the Wild Atlantic Way. Rising over 700 feet (214 meters) at their highest point and stretching about 8 kilometers along the coast, they offer stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Aran Islands, and Galway Bay. Visitors can walk along cliffside paths, explore the interactive visitor center, and enjoy panoramic photo spots.

Kylemore Abbey

A striking Victorian-era castle-turned-Benedictine monastery set beside Pollacappul Lake in Connemara, County Galway. Built in 1868 for Dr. Mitchell Henry and his wife, it became home to Irish Benedictine nuns fleeing World War I in 1920.

Clifden Castle

A dramatic Gothic-Revival ruin built around 1818 by John D’Arcy, the founder of Clifden in Connemara. Situated atop the iconic Sky Road, this ivy-covered shell now overlooks Clifden Bay, with a scenic 1 km stroll from a small parking area taking you past decorative standing stones erected by D’Arcy to mimic ancient monuments.
