What To Expect At Each Session?

Group Arrival

Settle in and ease into the evening as we gather at The Wee Retreat, a calming sanctuary tucked away in Glasgow’s vibrant Southside. You’ll be welcomed with a warm drink, gentle music, and space to arrive at your own pace. This is your moment to exhale, meet the group, and transition out of the day’s busyness before we begin. The environment is cosy, soothing, and intentionally designed to help you feel held from the moment you step inside.

Opening Intention Setting

Ease into the evening with guided intention setting, grounding, and warm introductions. Your Tartan Retreats hosts will invite each guest to share what brought them to the experience and what they hope to gain from the night, allowing the group to build connection.

This gentle opening honours the spirit of Burns, a celebration of voice, presence, and inner fire, and will prepare the group for the sessions ahead.

Week 1 Focus : Regulation & Reset

We finish each evening with gentle grounding and space to reflect on what’s shifted, softened, or strengthened within you. This is a calm moment to integrate the practices, share anything that feels meaningful, or simply sit in quiet presence with the group. You’ll leave feeling clearer, more centred, and supported, carrying practical tools and a renewed sense of steadiness back into the rest of your week.
