Cancellation Policy
A. Final Payment is due and payable 90 days before departure. A $300 per person deposit is required for booking. $150 deposit is non-refundable, charged as a handling fee and to cover the cost of processing the booking.
B. Between booking and 91 days before arrival in Tanzania and the beginning of services, the $150 deposit is non-refundable.
C. Between 90 days and 35 days before arrival and services in Tanzania: A rate of 50% of the value of booking applies for all services cancelled or reduced are not refundable. 50% non-refundable.
D. In the case of cancellation within 34 days from noon on the day the services commence or in the case of a no-show, 100% of the value of the booking is non-refundable. Cancellations within 34 days of arrival are 100% non-refundable. Purchase travel insurance.
