Join a small group of like minded women for an intimate wellness journey through the turquoise waters of Fiji.
Set sail on a five day, all inclusive luxury retreat aboard Sea Breeze III, especially designed for women navigating life transitions such as career shifts, relationship changes, personal reinvention, or a quiet desire for greater clarity and connection. This is your floating sanctuary in the South Pacific, where time slows, distractions fall away, and space opens for reflection, restoration, and renewal.
Each morning begins with gentle yin yoga and sound healing on deck as the sun rises over the Pacific. Nourishing, colourful meals prepared on board support your energy throughout the day as we move between mindful movement, island exploration, and guided workshops focused on emotional intelligence, self trust, and authentic self expression. There is ample time to rest and integrate, whether that means swimming in crystal clear waters, journalling on deck, or simply being held by the rhythm of the sea.
Evenings invite connection and calm, with shared dinners, meaningful conversation, and stargazing beneath the Fijian sky. This retreat is not about escaping your life, but about reconnecting with yourself and gaining clarity on what comes next. You will leave with a renewed sense of purpose and a practical action plan to translate your insights into daily life. Two online check-in sessions following the retreat provide ongoing support and accountability as you integrate your transformation at home.
This is more than a retreat. It is a pause, a reset, and a powerful invitation to step forward with intention.

Stephanie is the heart and vision behind these immersive Fiji women’s wellness retreats, bringing together healing, culture, and conscious travel. Her relationship with Fiji began in 2012, returning year after year to the islands that captured her heart through their natural beauty, strong sense of community, and deeply grounding island rhythm. Over time, what began as hosting dedicated surf trips evolved into a deeper calling centered on women’s wellbeing, connection, and purpose.
Stephanie is the owner and operator of Fiji Surf Charter, which continues to offer dedicated surf journeys for those drawn to the ocean in that way. Her women’s wellness retreats, however, are intentionally non-surf experiences, designed to create space for rest, reflection, embodiment, and inner exploration without pressure or performance.
Her path has been shaped by years of study and practice in yoga, sound healing, and psychotherapy. These modalities inform how she holds space — with warmth, intuition, and deep respect for each woman’s unique journey. The retreats are beginner-friendly and thoughtfully curated, with gentle island hikes, accessible practices, and a pace that welcomes all ages and levels of experience.
Immersion is central to Stephanie’s vision. Women are invited to experience Fiji beyond the surface, connecting with the land, culture, and everyday island life in a way that feels authentic and respectful. There is no expectation to be anywhere other than where you are — wherever you are on your journey, you are welcome here.
Giving back is woven into every retreat. Stephanie’s long-term vision is to establish an NGO in Fiji that supports local schools with essential needs such as hygiene supplies, stationery, uniforms, and sporting equipment. Alongside this, she is deeply committed to empowering local women by creating opportunities for meaningful participation in the workforce. Every retreat contributes directly to these initiatives, ensuring each journey supports both personal healing and lasting community wellbeing.
These retreats are an invitation to slow down, soften, and remember a more connected way of being — held within the beauty, wisdom, and heart of Fiji.
