So at the end of the month, the sun will rise a little later, at 7:30am and set at 7:00am. Giving us only 11.5 hours of daylight.

• Your deposit of 50% of program price is due on booking to secure the Wellness Team, travel dates and inclusions. The balance is due 90 days prior to departure.

• If we have not secured reservations for a minimum of 2 additional guests,( for a total of 3 retreat guests or more), 60 days prior to departure, we may choose to reschedule this trip to a future date, for which you will receive full credit of all funds. Additional solutions will be explored to maintain original dates.

• Cancellations or reschedule requests of confirmed bookings 90 days or more prior to departure will receive full credit for future retreat,  minus a $1,250 (per person) administrative fee and any non-refundable paid fees (e.g. non-refundable team member airfare, cruise or hotel deposits). 60-89 days will be subject to loss of 30% of program price, and transfer of balance to a  future retreat. 30-59 days will be subject to loss of 50% of program price, and transfer of balance to future retreat

• Tour quotes do not include airfare to/from the trip start point unless noted on the itinerary

• Cost increases in currency exchange, government fees, taxes, surcharges or hotel/lodge tariff increases between quote date and start date are payable by the client.

• Availability cannot be guaranteed until booked. We will exercise best efforts to book hotels per the itinerary, however, in busy seasons and with client bookings made within 90 days of tour date we may be forced to offer substitutes.
