Perched on the shores of Loch Tay, this expansive Highland estate offers the perfect balance of privacy, luxury, and natural beauty. Designed for large groups, it features 13 elegantly furnished en-suite bedrooms, multiple communal living and dining areas, wellness studio, a cozy library, media room, and even a private bar.
Outdoors, manicured lawns, fruit trees, a magical forest with fire pits, and private loch access create endless opportunities for relaxation, reflection, and adventure. Whether enjoying wild swimming, scenic walks, or evenings by the fire, retreat guests will experience the authentic Highland atmosphere in complete comfort and style.

Guests arrive at the manor and are welcomed with premium retreat toolkits, refreshments and a healthy Scottish-inspired lunch.
Estate exploration: guests are immersed into an nature fueled sanctuary and are given time to settle into their rooms.
Once the full group has arrived and settled in we will be hosting a Mini Highland Games on the grounds: putting the guests into their "clans" to invite playful, collaborative challenges that symbolise utilising teamwork and resilience.
After an opportunity to rest, the group will be presented with a beautiful private chef welcome meal featuring locally sourced Scottish cuisine overlooking the loch.
Intention setting circle at the fairy forest fire pit: The group will communally set their goals and intentions for the retreat, starting their reflective journaling, and being taught gentle resetting meditation exercises to ground energy whilst starbathing before bed.

Evening gratitude coaching activity – The group will gather for a reflective coaching session focused on gratitude and mindful appreciation. Through guided prompts and group sharing, participants deepen self-awareness, strengthen connections, and anchor positive intentions from the day.

Private transfer to Loch Lomond scenic viewpoints (Balmaha or Luss) – guided vision mapping session overlooking the loch putting into practice new professional and personal priorities.

Morning Resilience Workshop: Lessons from Scottish Legends
Using stories from Outlander, Braveheart, and Jacobite history to reclaim identity to lead from a place of confidence, influence and heightened communication.
Depart the estate and journey into the dramatic landscapes of Glencoe, the iconic Highland valley steeped in history, legend, and cinematic fame.
Begin with a visit to the Glencoe Visitor Centre, where guests will explore the region’s geology, history, and culture, gaining insight into the resilience of the land and people. Interactive exhibits and storytelling set the tone for reflection on personal and professional challenges.
Meet a local guide for a scenic, guided walk through Glencoe, pausing at key viewpoints. The guide weaves in tales of the Highland clans, historic courage, and echoes of Outlander, bringing the landscapes to life as both a cultural and metaphorical backdrop for leadership lessons.
Immersive exercises inspired by Outlander’s themes of bravery, loyalty, and navigating uncertainty encourage participants to explore their own courage, adaptability, and resilience in the face of change.
Round off the trip with a stunning farewell dinner with ceremonial Scottish touches, including private bagpiper performance.
Fire Ceremony & Release Ritual
Closing out the retreat, the outdoor fire pit will be set up before our group coach will lead a session on renewal, courage, and moving forward, ending the evening with securing the retreat group's newfound roadmap for the rest of 2026.

She blends evidence-based techniques with intuitive programmes to create transformative professional experiences. Her passion is helping guests build lasting growth, resilience and renewal through practical, lifelong strategies.
Molly Gracey - As a Luxury Travel Manager, Molly designs journeys that inspire both inner growth and outer exploration. With a background in bespoke group travel and business coaching, she creates seamless experiences that allow for real self-reconnection. Her goal for the retreat’s is to use travel as a tool for unlocking confidence, clarity, and purposeful action.
