Cancellation Policy is written notice 30 days prior to the scheduled tour start date without penalty with the exception of tickets.
All tickets are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation within the indicated time period we will refund the tour deposit deducting the cost of all tour related tickets. Regarding all ticket reservations, due to low availability, we proceed with their purchase (according to availability) at the time of the booking. We cannot guarantee ticket availability due to occasional events that are out of our control including, but not limited to, internal assemblies or strikes at sites.
If cancellation is made outside of the policy period or in the event of a no show on the date the tour starts, no refund will be issued.
