The retreat will begin with an opening circle and group dinner on Sunday, February 15th in the early evening (please plan to arrive by 3pm so we can start at 4pm). We will close with breakfast on Thursday, February 19th and a closing circle before our departures. Please coordinate your arrival and departure accordingly.
You must stay at the Krystal Grand Resort for this Retreat. Hotel rooms at the Krystal Grand are not included in the retreat pricing. Hotel rooms are to be booked separately. After booking the retreat portion with us, please email us at release.rialign@gmail and we will give you the information to connect you with the hotel to receive our group discounted rate. This hotel is all-inclusive so know that the cost of your room also includes food and beverage!

Our Retreat Intention
Relax and renew in beautiful Los Cabos, Mexico while diving into daily myofascial release and energy medicine workshops, which will transform your energy and your flow. We invite you to join us to heal yourself from the inside out and to learn to release the energies that are blocked within you to create a positive energy shift in your life. Come away with optimized body function and feeling deeply restored! Discover transformation and rebirth as we realign with our essence and flow. This retreat is a space for you to immerse yourself and be present in the moment. We are here to bring you home to your "roots" within yourself and share the guide you with divine wisdom and love.
*This is a healing retreat. This retreat is for all those who want to heal and release their “pain bodies.” This retreat invites all those who have “issues in their tissues,” diseases, and dysfunctions that keep them from living their best life. Please know that you will be releasing everything that is not of love from your body, mind, and spirit’s system. My passion is helping people awaken their ‘inner physician’ through energy medicine and holistic healing, so they can step into greater self-love and vitality.
The Practice
In our myofascial classes, we will be teaching "hands on techniques" to learn to release fascia, in addition, we will also be using foam rollers for teaching self release. All classes will be practiced outside on the beach or by the pool. After our classes and meals, you have free time to relax, explore, or take part in optional excursions.
Fascial release, is applying sustained pressure to our fascial restrictions in order to restore and enhance motion, eliminate pain, and to facilitate release of the fascia. Maria will be teaching "hands on techniques" on how to release fascia while in different positions and yoga postures, as well as to self release with the foam roller in many different positions and yoga poses. Get ready to "release your fascia" in this guided class using self-release and gentle movement with foam rollers.
Meet Your Teacher
Maria Alfieris
Maria Alfieris is a masterful teacher with a joyous spirit and open heart. Maria is down to earth and her humor sets the stage for easy learning. Her students trust her and take their learnings off their mat and into their LIFE. On paper, you will learn that Maria is a Physical Therapist, a Myofascial Master, & a Reiki Virtuoso. She brings her gifts and talents of healing thru fascial release which she has been teaching for 38 years. She has given a series of courses in myofascial mobilization & incorporates into her work the understanding of emotional causation of disease & dysfunction. Her healing workshops retreats are designed to blend her knowledge & experience of physical therapy, myofascial release, energy healing and her spiritual trainings. Through hands-on techniques, she guides you toward freeing your fascia which helps you release patterns of emotional & physical pain that have been holding you back from reaching your full wellness potential.
