Our cleanse acts as a stand-alone Emotional Intelligence training for shedding old weight, story, or big life event, but is also used as a powerful container that PREPARES you for our EQ retreats or softens your re-entry after one of our life-changing events. 

This cleanse often acts as an “INTEGRATION STATION” for other retreats, therapies, and journeys or transformational life events (such as changes in job, health, divorce, etc.) because it is a targeted protocol that helps the physical body catch up to the frequency shifts that occur from any upgrade or update to your thinking or way of being.  

This course is a gentle but powerful way to get rid of ancient toxins as we EMBODY new wisdom. This includes 21-days of detoxification, coaching, and group meditation (followed by 3 weeks of metabolic stabilization + microbiome reforestation (for a 6-week total commitment)).

We have new things in store for new and past cleansers! We realized a need to get new cleansers up and running with the core information, but we also noticed a need for return students to deepen their practice and have more targeted coaching.

They will be providing a 15 amino-acid chain solution called Peptide BPC-157 to restore gut conditions and then adding an advanced post-biotic called Thaena.
