Bonnie Lundorff has owned Willow Wood Market, a quilt shop/fiber arts studio just south of Bemidji, MN for 28 years.
She shares her passion for all things fiber arts related as she presents trunk shows and teaches classes on rug punching, wool appliqué, and needle felting of her original designs at quilt shows and fiber festivals all across the upper Midwest.
Bonnie has been a featured designer in nationally distributed fiber arts magazines and coordinates fiber arts education events in Bemidji.
She lives south of Bemidji with her husband Tim. They have 3 daughters, 3 sons in law, and the 5 most incredible grandchildren ever!

4:00 PM: Trunk Show Presentation
Join Bonnie for a visual presentation of her beautiful quilts, featuring wool appliqué and rug punching.
6:00 PM: Supper served in the dining room.
7:00 PM: Evening Activity
Retire to your room or feel free to explore the schoolhouse and socialize with other attendees.
8:30 AM: Breakfast served in the Dining Room.
Morning Session: Rug Punching Basics
Time: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Description: Learn the basics of rug punching and complete a seasonal project. All necessary tools will be provided for use during the class!
Level: Beginner
12:30 PM – 1:30 PM: Lunch & Break
Lunch will be served in the dining room immediately following the completion of the morning session.
Afternoon Session: Crazy Quilt Piecing w/ Wool
Time: 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Description: Discover how simple piecing of wool can be laid onto a background fabric to create a $12" block, ready for future embellishment with stitches or appliqué.
Level: Intermediate (Basic knowledge of hand embroidery is advised.)
Saturday Evening
Post-Class: Social Hour immediately follows the afternoon class.
Evening: Dinner at the Nome Schoolhouse.
Following Dinner: A guided Tour of the Nome Schoolhouse.
Evening Activity: Feel free to socialize further or retire to your room for the remainder of the evening.
9:00 AM: Breakfast served at the Nome Schoolhouse.
11:00 AM: Farewells and Departure.
