Friday Sept 6th, 2024

10:45 am (CST) Depart Cabelas Bowling Green KY

3 pm (EST) Depart Cabelas (1510 Conservation Way, Lexington KY) You must Arrive by 2:30 pm (EST) Please park on the left side of the parking lot in front of Freddies Custard. 

5 pm Depart Marathon Gas Station (28583 US 23 Catlettsburg, KY 41129). Be sure to put this exact address in Google Maps. This Marathon station is not in the city of Catlettsburg, it’s in Burnaugh KY on US-23 🙂 You must arrive by 4:30 pm Please park on the left side of the parking lot, behind the trucks in the gravel area. 

6 pm Depart Park & Ride (4344 Teays Valley Rd Scott Depot, WV) Please arrive by 5:45 pm 

If you chose to leave your vehicle parked at each of the boarding locations during our time away but in doing so You WILL BE leaving them parked there (AT YOUR OWN RISK)! Neither Tomblin Tours NOR the Restaurants/Businesses involved will be held responsible for anything that may happen to your vehicle while parked in their parking lot for the duration of your tour. Also, you must park in the areas listed above! These businesses are kind enough to let us use their parking lots so we want to be respectful of their wishes. If you do not park in these areas the business reserves the right to tow your vehicle at your cost, and while unfortunate, you would ultimately be responsible for all cost associated. 

7 pm Dinner Stop WV (own your own)

Rest stops throughout the night. The motorcoach does have A restroom for your use #1 only, please!

Saturday, Sept 7th, 2024

Early am clothing change 

6-8 am Arrive in NYC 

11:15 pm Meet back at our drop-off location to board our motorcoach

11:30 pm Depart NYC Several Rest Stops throughout the night/ including one just shortly outside the city.

Sunday, Sept 8th, 2024

7-8 am Breakfast at Cracker Barrel in WV (own your own)

1-6 pm Arrive back to Teays Valley Rd/ Burnaugh/ Lexington
