Tomblins Tours Cancelation Policy

A deposit is required for each seat purchased and is non-refundable and non-transferable, No Exceptions! Once a purchase is made, we incur processing fees and allocate time for your reservation, making this policy strict and non-negotiable. If you allow someone else to buy your seat or make a reservation in their name for you, the same rules apply to them and you!! 


*Final payments are non-refundable and non-transferable after 45 days prior to tour departure for Red Eye & Day Tours and 60 days prior to tour departure for Overnight & Extended Stay Tours. If you wish to recover your final payment, you must sell your seats yourself, and while we will assist in selling them if you ask, we cannot guarantee a sale. 


*Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the tour experience, as enjoyment is subjective to each person! We do our very best to ensure an awesome experience for everyone!


*Additionally, no refunds will be provided for changes related to COVID-19 or if you contract the virus. Travel is at your own risk & Tomblins Tours will not be held responsible. It is your responsibility to stay informed and book accordingly. 


*Tours will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless otherwise advised by our motorcoach company! No refunds or credits will be given if you cannot attend due to bad weather or road conditions in your area.

Booking Authorization:

If you allow another person to book seats on your behalf, or if you are booking seats for others, you acknowledge and agree that all travelers included in the reservation are subject to and accept these policies. By booking, you agree to all of the above policies for yourself and all guests included in your reservation.

Tomblins Tours Policies & Procedures

Family & Guests:

  • Tours are family-friendly. Children 6+ are welcome.

  • Although rare, multi-occupancy rooms may not have 2 queen beds; we’ll try to accommodate requests.

Payments:

  • Credit, debit, and checks accepted. Other options like After pay require prior approval.

Parking:

  • Parking at boarding locations is at your own risk. Only Park in designated areas or risk being towed by the business.

Boarding & Seating:

  • Boarding locations may change due to low sales or unavoidable circumstances.

  • Groups must board together; single/odd-numbered guests will be seated with others.

  • Wait for your group to be called before boarding, you will be directed to your seat(s).

Motorcoach Rules:

  • No smoking, vaping, alcohol, foul language, or abuse.

  • For your safety, please keep overhead bins closed, hold onto seats when moving about the bus, and remain clear of the front windshield during transit.

Luggage:

  • One small carry-on and one larger suitcase per person. Stored underneath, accessible at stops.

  • Please keep your belongings together while on the motorcoach and make sure to take everything with you before leaving the tour. While we do our best to handle luggage with care, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten, or damaged items. If anything is left behind, it is the guest’s responsibility to arrange pickup or shipping.

Travel & Delays:

  • Travel times are estimates; delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances.

  • Bring extra clothing and money in case of unexpected overnight stays; you are responsible for additional expenses including room and board.

Behavior & Courtesy:

  • Be kind and respectful to all guests and staff. Tomblin’s Tours reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests for unsafe, disruptive behavior or any reason without notice!

Tour Minimums & Pricing:

  • Tours require a minimum number of paid seats; buses may be canceled if minimums aren’t met.

  • Prices may adjust for fuel or motorcoach cost increases; we will notify you if this occurs, as your tour rate may increase.

  • Acts of God: Tomblin's Tours makes No Guarantee of any of the above "Includes" and while unfortunate, may not be held responsible if they are changed or omitted due to circumstances beyond our control!

Agency Responsibility

  • Tomblin’s Tours, of Louisa, KY, acts only as an agent for transportation, lodging, and sightseeing activities. We are not responsible for delays, schedule changes, or any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property.

  • By making full payment, guests agree to these terms and conditions.

  • We are not responsible for services provided by transportation companies, restaurants, or lodging partners. We handle belongings with care, but kindly ask guests to keep track of their items, as we are not responsible for anything lost, stolen, forgotten, or damaged.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any tour prior to departure. If this occurs, our responsibility is limited to a full refund or future tour credit of payments made.

  • Tomblin’s Tours is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic delays, motorcoach issues, weather, government actions, unforeseen events or Acts of God.

  • Tomblin's Tours reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

pm Depart Cabela's (1510 Conservation Way, Lexington Ky)  (EST) Please park on the left side of the parking lot in front of Freddie's Custard. 


pm Depart Marathon Gas Station (28583 US 23 Catlettsburg, KY 41129). Be sure to put this exact address in Google Maps. This Marathon station is not in the city of Catlettsburg, it’s in Burnaugh KY on US-23 🙂 Please park on the left side of the parking lot, behind the trucks in the gravel area. 


pm Depart Park & Ride (4344 Teays Valley Rd Scott Depot, WV) 


Tomblin’s Tours and the businesses above are not responsible for damage or theft. Leave your vehicle at your own risk. Also, Use only designated parking areas. The businesses are kind enough to let us use their parking lots so we want to respect their wishes.

pm Arrive back to Teays Valley Rd/ Burnaugh/ Lexington
