*Round trip transportation to & from KY to Port Canaveral FL Cruise Terminal on A Deluxe Motor Coach

*Restroom on the motor coach for your use during our travels.
*Outlets/ Wifi / Tv's on the motor coach for use if available & working.
*(4) day Bahamas Cruise on (Carnival Freedom Ship)
*1 full day at Half Moon Cay (A popular destination for cruise passengers seeking a relaxing and fun-filled beach experience).
*1 full day at Celebration Key (A Carnival Exclusive Island). This Island contain 5 different portals of fun for fit every age and every budget.
*1 fun day at Sea to enjoy all the activities on the ship!
*Interior cabins
*$50 (per room) On-board credit that can be used for almost anything on the ship.
*Port fees & taxes per person
*Cruise gratuity for each guest (tips while on the ship)!
*Food (while on the cruise ship on Deck #9) featuring Guy Fiere ~ Guy's Burger Joint & various other great eats and drinks on the cruise including tap water, coffee, tea, lemonade, and some juices. You will be able to eat to your heart's content without the added cost!
*(1) self service lunch will be added to your sign & sail card for use on Celebration Key. It will only be valid at self services locations such as food trucks, snack shacks and self service restaurants.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
*A deposit is required for each seat purchased and is non-refundable and non-transferable, No Exceptions! Once a purchase is made, we incur processing fees and allocate time for your reservation, making this policy strict and non-negotiable. If you allow someone else to purchase your seat for you or make a reservation in their name for you, the same rules apply to them and you !!
*Final payments are non-refundable and non-transferable after 45 days prior to tour departure for Red Eye & Day Tours and 60 days prior to tour departure for Overnight & Extended Stay Tours. If you wish to recover your final payment, you must sell your seats yourself, and while we will assist in selling them if you ask, we cannot guarantee a sale.
*Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the tour experience, as enjoyment is subjective to each person! We do our very best to ensure an awesome experience for everyone!
*Additionally, no refunds will be provided for changes related to COVID-19 or if you contract the virus. Travel is at your own risk & Tomblins Tours will not be held responsible. It is your responsibility to stay informed and book accordingly.
*Tours will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless otherwise advised by our motorcoach company! No refunds or credits will be given if you cannot attend due to bad weather or road conditions in your area.
Insurance is offered through Carnival Criuse, at an additional cost to each guest. While Tomblin’s Tours recommends this to everyone it is totally up to each individual.

Depart Lexington (cabelas) Please pull into the left-hand side of the parking lot, closest to Freddie’s Custard.
Pickup Grayson Ky (TBD)
Pickup Catlettsburg (Burnaugh) Marathon Please Park on the left side of the parking lot, behind the trucks in the gravel area.
pm - Pickup Pikeville KY (TBD)
All the businesses listed above are gracious enough to allow us parking. It’s SUPER Important that we park in the designated areas listed below. If you do not park in these areas the business reserves the right to tow your vehicle at your cost, and while unfortunate, you would ultimately be responsible for all cost associated.
We will red eye, throughout the night, to Port Canaveral to load the cruise ship. We’ll make rest stops throughout the night & a freshen up stop prior to boarding the ship.
Thursday, April 16th , 2026 Arrive in Port Canaveral and board the cruise. We will arrive early to ensure we don’t miss the boat lol 😆

Friday April 17th, 2026 Arrive at Half Moon Cay Key
Half Moon Cay is a popular destination for cruise passengers seeking a relaxing and fun-filled beach experience. You are free to explore on your own & enjoy yourself on the island or on the ship.
Saturday April 18th, 2026 Arrive at Celebration Key Carnival’s Newest Destination! Celebration Key is Carnival Cruise Line's new exclusive destination on Grand Bahama Island featuring a mile-long beach, large freshwater lagoons, and five distinct "portals" designed for various experiences, including family fun, adult relaxation, and shopping. You are free to explore on your own & enjoy yourself on the island or on the ship.

Early am Depart the cruise ship and head back to Kentucky. We should arrive home to your boarding locations by midnight or shortly thereafter after!
