Join us for a 7-day adventure through the beauty of Chilean Patagonia, where we’ll hike through Torres del Paine National Park, visit stunning glaciers, trek to the iconic Las Torres viewpoint, and immerse ourselves in the local culture of Puerto Natales and the indigenous Kawesqar community. This trip blends daily hiking with breathtaking landscapes, comfortable glamping accommodations, and rich cultural experiences—perfect for travelers seeking both physical challenge and meaningful connection. ✈️ Flights

Flights to Puerto Natales (PNT) are *not* included with your booking. We highly recommend when selecting flights that you ensure ample time to catch connecting flights to ensure there are no missed flights due to delays. 


Chile Nativo, the local tour operator for this trip, recommends all participants fly with SKY Airilne from from Santiago to Puerto Natales, as they offer more daily flights. 


Recommended Flights:

- Arrival on November 28th: Flight departing Santiago at 08:22 am - Arriving at Puerto Natales at 13:00

- Departure on December 4th: Flight departing at 13:55 from Puerto Natales


*If any passenger arrives in Punta Arenas, they’ll need to take a private transfer or public bus to Puerto Natales (3 hours drive). Assistance can be provided with booking, and the public bus from the airport is $25 per person (We can help you book whatever you need. The public bus from the airport is USD $25 per person.)

⚠️ Safety Guidelines

This trip is a physically demanding adventure designed for travelers who are in good physical condition and comfortable with full-day hikes across rugged and mountainous terrain.

🥾 Physical Requirements: participants should be prepared for:

- Daily hikes ranging from 4 to 10 hours, covering up to 22 km (13.6 miles) in one day.

- Carrying a daypack with water, snacks, and layers throughout the hikes.

- Exposure to strong winds, sudden weather changes, and remote wilderness conditions.


❌ Not Recommended for Individuals With:

- Knee, hip, or ankle injuries, especially if aggravated by prolonged walking or steep descents.

- Heart or respiratory conditions that limit aerobic activity or tolerance for altitude/elevation changes.

- Limited mobility or balance issues, as the trails include rocky sections, boulders, and narrow footpaths.

- Recent surgeries or chronic conditions that limit stamina or mobility.

Arrival to Puerto Natales

Welcome to Puerto Natales!  Located 250 km northwest of Punta Arenas, Puerto Natales is located in front of the Última Esperanza Sound between the sea, forests and Patagonian mountains. The city represents the gateway to Torres del Paine National Park and the ideal excursion base from which to visit a myriad of other outstanding alternatives offered by Chilean Patagonia.

Hike from Estancia Lazo to Weber Bridge

- Hike the Lazo-Weber trail (5 Hour Hike; 13 KM/8 Mi.) - MODERATE

Our journey begins in Puerto Natales, where we will drive for two hours to Estancia Lazo, a 13,000-hectare cattle ranch founded over a century ago. From here, we will hike into Torres del Paine National Park along a mostly flat trail, offering excellent opportunities to observe local wildlife. We will reach Laguna Honda and continue toward the Lago Toro viewpoint. After a short descent to Weber Bridge, our private transfer will be waiting to take us to our riverside camp on the banks of the Serrano River. Upon arrival, we’ll be welcomed with a freshly prepared dinner and breathtaking views of the Paine Massif.

Hike to French Valley

After breakfast, a private transfer will take us to Lake Pehoé, where we’ll board a short 35-minute catamaran ride to Paine Grande Refugio. From there, we’ll begin our hike toward the entrance of the French Valley. From this point, we’ll ascend for about an hour until we reach the French Valley viewpoint (La Plateau).


We’ll take our time to enjoy lunch at the viewpoint, surrounded by towering peaks and open skies. Our return hike follows the same path back to the riverside camp.

A delicious dinner will welcome us at the dining lodge before settling in for the night in a private luxury double dome on the banks of the Serrano River.

Hike to Peninsula Gray, Salto Grande, Mirador Cuernos, Laguna Azul

After breakfast, our private transfer will take us on a 30-minute drive to the grey area, to Hike to the Grey viewpoint (2.5 hrs / 7 km, 4.4 mi). This scenic hike takes you through the stunning landscapes of Grey Peninsula, offering breathtaking views of Grey Lake and its floating icebergs.The trail is relatively easy and follows a well-marked path along the shoreline, passing through native lengas forests and windy open areas with panoramic vistas of the Paine Massif. As you walk, you'll witness the striking contrast between the deep blue ice of Grey Glacier and the surrounding rugged terrain. A highlight of the hike is reaching the viewpoint, where you can admire from a distance the immense Grey Glacier stretching into the horizon. The peaceful atmosphere and the possibility of seeing icebergs drifting in the lake make this a memorable experience. You'll return along the same trail.


Later our transfer will take us to Pudeto, where we will begin our first easy round-trip hike of the day. We will visit the Salto Grande Waterfall and enjoy the boardwalk in the area, which offers spectacular views of the lake as well as the Paine Grande and Cuernos mountains. We will continue along a gentle trail, passing through an open area where the effects of the 2005 national park fire can still be seen. This trail takes us along the black sand beach of Lake Nordenskjöld before reaching the top of the Cuernos Viewpoint. On the way back, we will enjoy a refreshing snack and a short break before our private transfer takes us to Laguna Azul for the sunset.

Round Trip Hike to Las Torres Viewpoint

- 2 Hour Chile Nativo Transfer back to Puerto Natales

Today, we begin with an energizing breakfast to prepare us for our final hike: the base of the iconic Torres. We’ll take a 2-hour transfer to the Las Torres sector of the park. From here, we’ll start ascending along the Ascencio River towards the Ascencio Valley. We will pass through lush beech forests before climbing up a massive terminal moraine. At this viewpoint, 900 meters (2,953 feet) above sea level, we will rest, take photos, and enjoy lunch. Our descent follows the same route, leading us back where our private transfer awaits to take us to Puerto Natales.

Cultural Day with Kawesqar Community

Today we’ll enjoy a leisurely morning, allowing time to rest after the long hike the day before. Lunch will be at your own expense, but after lunch, we’ll meet back at the hotel to head out for a very special experience led by the Kawésqar community: our Kawésqar Weaving Workshop. This hands-on activity offers a rare opportunity to learn about traditional Kawésqar weaving directly from Indigenous artisans. As you take part in the weaving process, the weavers will warmly share stories and insights, offering a deeper understanding of their way of life and their profound connection to the land and sea. 


After this enriching cultural experience, we’ll gather for our private farewell dinner at Chile Nativo’s quincho. A quincho is a traditional space specially designed for cooking and sharing meals, commonly found in Chile and Argentina. It’s a social hub where meaningful moments are celebrated through food and company. It’s the perfect way to conclude this unforgettable adventure.
