Introducing Ma'wa Mamas: experiences dedicated specifically for Muslim women age 40+. We're organizing our second trip in the Ma'wa Mamas series by heading to Palm Springs, California.

Join us for a Muslim women’s-only retreat in the serene landscapes of Palm Springs. Recharge, reconnect, and renew your spirit with a thoughtfully curated weekend of relaxation, adventure, and sisterhood.

• Palm Springs Aerial Tramway: take a ride in the world's largest rotating tram car and take in aeriel views of Mt. San Jacinto State Park (included with registration)
• Date Farm Experience: Visit a local date farm in Indio, where you’ll tour lush groves, sample and buy delicious dates, and try their famous date milkshakes. (included with registration)
• Community & Connection: Build meaningful connections during halaqas, journaling workshops, and art activities.

Important Information (please read before booking):

- Ma'wa Mamas trips are exclusively intended for women age 40+. You will be asked to provide photo identification after booking to verify your age 

- Transportation to the trip location is not covered by Ma'wa Collective. While we can assist with arranging carpools among participants, we cannot guarantee that every Trip will have local participants that are able to volunteer their personal cars and offer a carpool. In some cases, a rental car may be the only option for carpooling, and the cost of the rental car is not covered by Ma’wa Collective. 

- It is the responsibility of participants to do their due diligence to check on travel logistics before signing up for the trip. This includes checking flight availability and pricing if you are not local to the area. If you will be flying in for this trip, we advise flying into Palm Springs International Airport with arrival no later than  4 pm on Friday, December 6th, and departure no earlier than 4 pm on Sunday, December 8th.
