Spend a full-day exploring Sedona:
 🥾 Hike Teacup Trail to Coffee Pot Rock and Bell Rock Vista
 🏜️ Enjoy a picnic lunch at Cathedral Rock Trailhead
 🛍️ Stroll the charming Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village
 🌄 Take in panoramic red rock views at Lover’s Knoll for sunset

Spend a full-day exploring the Grand Canyon:
 👣 Walk part of the Rim Trail from Mather Point to Yavapai Point
 🌅 Stop at Grandview Point and Desert View Watchtower for iconic vistas
 📸 Snap a group shot at the Grand Canyon National Park sign
 🌊 Visit the dramatic Little Colorado River Gorge overlook

We spend each evening building community and connection — through khatiras, reflections, and intentional sisterhood activities that make Ma’wa trips unforgettable. This is a Beginner level trip: the activities and hikes planned are easy and can be done by those with limited outdoor experience. All participants will need to bring good quality hiking boots to complete planned hikes in the itinerary.

Important Information (please read before booking):

- Transportation to the trip location is not covered by Ma'wa Collective. It is the responsibility of participants to do their due diligence to check on travel logistics before signing up for the trip, including checking flight availability and pricing if you are not local to the area.

- All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

🏠 Lodging: There is one lodge for this trip. Each bedroom has a different configuration of beds - you may register for your preferred sleeping arrangement via our booking platform. The lodging reserved for this trip is located in Flagstaff, Arizona - about a 2 hour drive from Phoenix International Airport (PHX). Participants should be prepared for some driving/commuting over the course of the weekend to reach the hikes and activities planned in the itinerary.

✈️ Flights: If you will be flying in for this trip, we recommend flying into Phoenix International Airport (PHX): arrival must be no later than 12 pm on Friday, November 7th, and departure no earlier than 12 pm on Monday, November 10th.

 🚗 Carpools: While we can assist with arranging carpools among participants, we cannot guarantee that every Trip will have local participants that are able to volunteer their personal cars and offer a carpool. In some cases, a rental car may be the only option for carpooling. Some participants will need to volunteer as drivers for the rentals and the cost of the rental car is not covered by Ma’wa Collective.
