Upon arrival into Paris' Charles de Gaulle (CDG) you will be greeted by your Trip Host, Amy, who will guide you to your private transfer to the hotel for luggage drop-off and check-in.
After check-in, take some time to rest, refresh, and adjust to the new time zone.
In the evening at 7:00 PM, join the group for a welcome dinner at a nearby restaurant or at the hotel. This meal offers a chance to meet fellow retreat participants, set intentions for your Paris experience, and receive an overview of the upcoming days.

Begin the day with breakfast at the hotel or a nearby café before heading out to explore the heart of Paris. Start at the Eiffel Tower, where you can see sweeping views of the city from the top.
Stroll through the Champ de Mars and from there, walk along the Seine River to explore its bridges or stopping for a coffee and pastry at one of the riverside cafés. Next, board a Seine River cruise, which offers a unique perspective of Paris’s most famous monuments, including Notre-Dame Cathedral, Pont Neuf, and the Louvre from the water.
In the afternoon, visit the Louvre Museum with skip-the-line tickets included. A guided or self-paced tour will allow you to see the museum’s highlights, such as the Mona Lisa, Venus de Milo, and Winged Victory. After the museum, enjoy some free time to relax or take a short walk in the nearby Tuileries Garden.
At 7:00 PM, gather as a group for dinner at a local Parisian restaurant. This dinner provides a chance to share stories from the day and enjoy authentic French cuisine.

Start the day with breakfast at the hotel before departing for a day trip to Versailles. Travel by private transfer or the RER C train to the palace, where you will spend the morning exploring the Palace of Versailles. With skip-the-line access, you can easily move through the Hall of Mirrors, the King’s Grand Apartments, and the Royal Chapel, enjoying this iconic site.
After the palace tour, enjoy lunch at La Petite Venise or Angelina Versailles, savoring French cuisine in a charming setting. Spend the afternoon wandering the gardens of Versailles, including the Grand Trianon, Petit Trianon, and Marie Antoinette’s Estate, with its ornamental gardens.

After a day of travel the day before, enjoy a slow and easy morning. Sleep in, savor a relaxed breakfast, and take your time easing into the day.
Meet the group for lunch at a charming local restaurant in Nice before setting off on a scenic afternoon along the spectacular Middle Corniche Road, known for its sweeping Mediterranean views. The first stop is the hilltop village of Èze, a storybook medieval village perched high above the sea. Wander its cobbled lanes lined with stone houses, boutiques, and galleries, and take in breathtaking coastal panoramas. Guests may also enjoy an optional visit to the renowned Fragonard Perfumery to learn about the art of traditional French fragrance making.
The journey continues to glamorous Monaco, where you’ll experience the highlights of this legendary destination. Admire the historic Prince’s Palace of Monaco, visit the beautiful Monaco Cathedral—final resting place of Grace Kelly and Prince Rainier—and stop at the iconic Monte Carlo Casino square to admire the luxury cars and vibrant atmosphere. After a scenic drive along part of the famous Formula 1 circuit, return to Nice to relax before gathering at 7:00 PM for a delightful evening group dinner at Le Safari, where you’ll share the day’s highlights over fresh regional cuisine.

This day is designed for you to follow your own interests, whether that means shopping, visiting art galleries, or simply enjoying the Mediterranean ambiance.

Begin the day with a final breakfast at the hotel. After enjoying your meal and taking in the last moments of the French Riviera, check out of the Hyatt Regency Nice Palais de la Méditerranée. A private airport transfer will be provided to Nice Côte d’Azur Airport (NCE) for your flight home at your preferred time.

Preparing for a spring trip to France, requires thoughtful packing to ensure comfort for mild, spring-like days and readiness for cooler evenings and unique experiences.
In Paris you can expect comfortable and pleasant temperatures, with averages from 65- 70 degrees (Fahrenheit) during the day, and nights dropping into cooler ranges of 48-53 degrees.
Days are often warm enough for al fresco dining but be prepared for weather changes. Early May is often among the rainier parts of the month, with scattered showers or light rain likely.
In the French Riviera expect moderate temperatures around 65-72 degrees for highs, with only a slight drop in the evenings for lows. Days are generally dry, and full of sunshine, but there is always a chance of an afternoon shower.

Helpful Tip: You can withdraw euros from ATMs, and it's usually the most convenient way to get local currency. However, it's always a good idea to bring some petty cash just in case of an emergency. Be mindful of the denomination you carry, as some shops and vendors may not accept large bills.

All Walker Wellness Retreats require a 25% non-refundable deposit of the total retreat price to secure your booking. Should you need to cancel your trip, your deposit will not be refunded regardless of the reason for cancellation.
For International Destinations, the next 25% is due 120 days before the trip, and the final remaining balance is due 90 days before departure.
Trips can be paid in full at any time. If booking after the final payment deadline, trip payment in full is due at time of booking.
Invoices NOT paid in full within 7 days of the above-mentioned deadlines are subject to trip cancellation. No refunds will be issued for trips canceled due to lack of payment.
BEFORE the final payment deadline: If you cancel your reservation before the final payment deadline, any additional payments made beyond the non-refundable 25% deposit will be refunded. However, the 25% deposit remains non-refundable.
AFTER the final payment deadline: If you cancel your reservation after the final payment deadline, all payments made (including the deposit and any additional amounts) are non-refundable due to financial commitments with our retreat venues, guides, and service providers.
In the unlikely event that Walker Wellness Retreats cancels a retreat, you will be given a 100% full refund.
