For nine unforgettable days, girls aged 19 and under are invited to take part in the Windward Cup in St. Vincent — a unique Caribbean cricket festival delivered as part of The Global Cricket Series.
We're inviting full squads, or girls can join as individuals or as small groups of friends and will come together to form a franchise-style squad, creating a brilliant opportunity to meet other girls who share a love of the game while representing England in an international tournament setting.
For the mixed franchise teams, teams will be led by a professional female coach, with a pre-tour get-together and training session in the UK so everyone can meet their teammates, spend time together and start building friendships ahead of the trip.
St. Vincent sits proudly within the West Indies cricketing legacy — a region that has produced some of the game’s greatest names. With beautiful grounds, warm Caribbean hospitality and teams travelling from around the world, it provides the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable cricket experience.

Beyond the Cricket
Away from the field, players will experience the incredible scenery and culture of St. Vincent — from tropical beaches and rainforests to the welcoming communities where cricket is part of everyday life. Shared experiences off the field help teams bond quickly and make the tour about far more than just results.
For many players, it becomes one of those trips they talk about for years afterwards.

Check in at the Beachcombers Hotel, where the sea laps gently at the sand just steps from your room.
Teams gather poolside, shaking off the travel miles and starting to build the camaraderie that will carry them through the week.
As the sun sets over Villa Beach, dinner is served – the perfect calm before a week of competition begins.

Spend a relaxing morning soaking up the Caribbean sunshine, whether by lounging beside the pool with a refreshing drink in hand or taking a dip in the crystal-clear waters. Alternatively, head to the beach to feel the soft sand between your toes, take a leisurely swim in the turquoise sea, or enjoy a peaceful stroll along the shoreline. Whether you prefer unwinding with a book under the shade of a palm tree or indulging in a bit of adventure with some light water activities, the morning is yours to enjoy at your own pace.
Game 1 — bursts into life.
Music from the stands, the thud of leather on willow, the cheers from teammates — the tournament roars into motion.

As part of the tour, students will also have the opportunity to deliver a coaching session to local primary school children. This is a chance to give back to the community, share skills and inspire the next generation to enjoy and love the game. Through fun, inclusive activities, players will help introduce cricket in a positive way, building connections and leaving a lasting impact beyond the matches themselves.
Dinner and laughter close out the qualifiers, with talk already turning to the group stages ahead.
