The itinerary is subject to change. We will keep the standard high and the locations of interest included but their may be a need to re-route the tour based on the game schedules and availability.

Day 1 – Wednesday, July 21, 2027 - Departure from the New York Area (USA)

• Depart on your overnight international flight to Italy

• Due to the time difference, arrival will be the following day

Day 2 – Thursday, July 22, 2027 - Arrival in Milan + Tournament Kickoff

• Arrival into Milan International Airport

• Transfer to Legnano area

• Tournament check-in and welcome logistics

• Dinner and overnight stay in Legnano

• Overnight in Legnano (3 nights)

Day 3 – Friday, July 23, 2027 - Tournament Competition Begins

• Breakfast at the hotel

• Full day of tournament games

• Evening team dinner and relaxation

Day 4 – Saturday, July 24, 2027 - Lake Como Private Cruise + Tournament Play

• Morning tournament games

• Afternoon highlight excursion:

  • 3-hour private boat cruise on Lake Como

• Return for evening program and dinner

Day 5 – Sunday, July 25, 2027 - Final Tournament Matches + Travel to Venice Region

• Final round tournament games

• Departure toward Padua / Mestre

• Group dinner and overnight stay - Overnight in Padua/Mestre (1 night)

Day 6 – Monday, July 26, 2027 - Venice Day Tour + Transfer to Tuscany

• Guided visit and free time in Venice

• Afternoon departure south to Montecatini
  (Approx. 4.5-hour drive — long travel day, but positions the group perfectly for the final Tuscany experience)

• Overnight in Montecatini (3 nights)

Day 7 – Tuesday, July 27, 2027 - Florence Cultural Visit + Friendly Match

• Morning excursion to Florence

• Guided walking tour and sightseeing

• Tentative friendly game vs a local Italian team

• Return to Montecatini for dinner and overnight

Day 8 – Wednesday, July 28, 2027 - Cinque Terre Full-Day Excursion + Farewell Dinner

• Full-day adventure to the stunning Cinque Terre coastal villages

• Evening special farewell experience: Dinner at Poggio Restaurant

Day 9 – Thursday, July 29, 2027 - Departure Day

• Transfer to Florence Airport - For those returning to USA (7-night Tour Package ends)

• Return flight home to the USA from Florence - End of services upon arrival at airport

Upgraded seats and deviations may not be possible depending on the airline policies for group travel.

Do not purchase any flights until AIST confirms the schedule about 4-5 months prior to departure.

To include airfare in your tour package, you must select the the add-on at check-out of your preferred option. Seats are limited at the quoted price, and if additional seats are needed, the cost may increase. Book early to secure your spot. Seats are limited and available to first come first serve. They can be added at another time if you prefer to check on booking your own flights but do not book any flights until AIST confirms a complete roster.

The prices below are based on the following conditions:

• 7 night Tour package from Milan - Florence

• Cost is quoted per person

• Ground Package cost only - Airfare is available separately with a group flight option - or you can purchase on your own

• Minimum 15 paying passengers for prices below

• Cost is subject to change until deposit and registration is received

• Discounts available if deposited before June 1, 2026 for players ($500) and for Friends and family ($250) until November 1, 2026.

• $500 deposit due to confirm - Refundable until Nov 1, 2026

• 6-7 months prior to departure - about 30% of total due

• 5 months prior to departure - 50% of the total cost land and air due

• About 2 months prior to departure all balances will be due and non-refundable

Cancellation fees will be kept to a minimum. However, in the event of you having to cancel part, or all your arrangements within the following, the below cancellation conditions apply. Airfare cancellation policies are separate and vary from carrier to carrier.

• The initial deposit is non-refundable ($500 per person) after November 1, 2026

• 130 – 61 days prior to departure 50%-75% of total cost land an air will be non-refundable

• 60 – Days prior to departure there will be no refunds

• Once travel has commenced, no refunds will be given. This includes any unused portion of the tour.

• WeTravel Processing fees are non-refundable (Consider Payment by Check to avoid processing fees)

REPLACEMENT PARTICIPANT INFORMATION: If a pre-enrolled participant cannot travel for any reason, a substitute may be sent in his/her place. We must receive the name of the replacement participant at least 15 days before the teams departure. If a replacement cannot be sent the Cancellation and Refund Policy stated above will be applied.

Roster positions for the Italy U19 Softball Tournament Tour 2027 are limited, and we encourage interested players to join the waitlist by pre-registering as soon as possible.

Pre-registration allows you to select your preferred playing position and reserve a spot on the potential roster while we finalize the team and open official registration. This step helps us determine position needs and begin building a balanced roster.

Once official registration opens around May 1, 2026, players on the waitlist will receive priority access. At that time, you will have 48 hours to confirm your place on the roster by completing your registration and submitting your deposit.

To encourage early commitment and help us finalize the team quickly, we are offering the following incentives:

• The first 10 players who register and submit their deposit before June 1, 2026 will receive a $500 Early Player Discount.

• Friends and family are welcome to join the tour and may register later. Those who register and deposit before November 1, 2026 will receive a $250 Friends & Family discount.

Early player commitments are extremely helpful because they allow AIST to confirm the roster sooner and secure the best hotel accommodations, transportation, and tournament services, which ultimately improves the overall value and experience for the entire team.

For added peace of mind, all payments remain fully refundable until November 1, 2026.
