Join Poses and Prana on a transformative journey through Iceland’s dramatic landscapes. This retreat is designed to reconnect you with nature, movement, and breath.
Founded on the belief that yoga should be accessible to everyone, Poses and Prana blends asana (movement) and prana (breath) to help you build a practice that feels natural, empowering, and sustainable wherever you are in the world.
Whether you are completely new to yoga or already have an established practice, this retreat offers a supportive and welcoming space to slow down, reconnect, and explore the deeper benefits of mindful movement.
Throughout the journey, daily yoga and breathwork sessions will be woven into Iceland’s incredible landscapes. Imagine peaceful lakeside mornings, grounding practices beside waterfalls, and moments of stillness surrounded by lava fields and geothermal valleys.
Expect a balance of:
• Gentle and energising yoga sessions
• Guided breathwork and mindfulness
• Geothermal bathing experiences
• Scenic walks and nature immersion
• Time to rest, reflect and reconnect
Together we will create space to step away from everyday life, reconnect with yourself, and experience Iceland in a way that feels both adventurous and deeply restorative.
At Poses and Prana, the mission is simple: to make yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of experience.
By combining movement, breath, and mindful awareness, their approach empowers students with the knowledge and confidence to take their practice beyond the studio — whether that’s on a mountain, by the ocean, or at home.
It’s about building a practice that supports self-discovery, relaxation, and inner peace, while creating a welcoming community where everyone feels comfortable to explore their journey.
