Sample Tour Itinerary

The itinerary is subject to change. We will keep the standard high and the locations of interest included but their may be a need to re-route the tour based on the game schedules and availability.

Day 1 – July 16, 2027

• Departure from the United States

• Departure from your international airport for your overnight flight to Rome, Italy

• Due to the time difference, arrival will take place the following day

Day 2 – Arrival in Rome – City Tour

• Arrival at Rome Fiumicino International Airport

• Meet your bilingual tour manager who will accompany the group throughout the tour

• Board your private motor coach and transfer into downtown Rome

• Enjoy a guided sightseeing tour of Rome with a professional local guide

• Lunch on your own in the city

• Transfer to your hotel in the Rome area

• Hotel check-in, group dinner included, and overnight stay (2 nights)

Day 3 – Vatican / Colosseum – Free Day in Rome

• Breakfast at the hotel

• Transfer into Rome’s historic city center

• One of the following major attractions will be included in your tour

• Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel, or Colosseum entrance
  (Reservations are made approximately two months prior to travel and are subject to group availability.)

• Lunch on your own

• Afternoon free time to explore Rome’s historic streets, piazzas, and shops

• Dinner on your own

• Return to the hotel and overnight

Day 4 – Florence

• Breakfast at the hotel and check-out

• Travel north toward Tuscany with a stop in Florence

• Enjoy a guided visit of Florence followed by free time to explore the historic city center

• Continue to Montecatini Terme, a charming Tuscan spa town

• Hotel check-in, dinner included, and overnight stay (3 nights)

Day 5 – Cinque Terre

• Breakfast at the hotel

• Full-day excursion to Cinque Terre, one of Italy’s most spectacular coastal regions

• Travel to La Spezia train station, where you will board a regional train

• Explore one or more of the colorful seaside villages along the rugged Italian Riviera

• Train tickets between villages included

• Lunch on your own while exploring the villages

• Return to Montecatini for overnight

Day 6 – Lucca Bike Tour – Transfer to Como Area

• Breakfast at the hotel and check-out

• Transfer to the historic city of Lucca

• Enjoy a guided bike tour along Lucca’s famous Renaissance walls

• Free time to explore the charming city center

• Continue north toward the Como / Milan area

• Hotel check-in in the Como or Saronno area (5 nights)

Day 7 – Venice Day Trip

• Breakfast at the hotel

• Transfer to Milan train station

• Board a high-speed train to Venice (approximately 2.5 hours)

• Walk to St. Mark’s Square and enjoy a guided tour of Venice

• Lunch on your own followed by free time to explore Venice’s canals, bridges, and shops

• Return by train to Milan in the early evening

• Transfer back to the hotel and overnight

Day 8 – Lake Como – Italy Lax Cup Begins

• Breakfast at the hotel

• Transfer to Como Harbor

• Enjoy a scenic boat cruise on Lake Como to Bellagio with a local guide

• Lunch on your own

• Afternoon transfer to Milan / Varese / Saronno area for the opening games of the Italy Lacrosse Cup

• Tournament party dinner included

• Return to hotel and overnight

Day 9 – Italy Lacrosse Cup – Game Day

• Breakfast at the hotel

• Continue competition in the Italy Lacrosse Cup Tournament

• Lunch and dinner on your own at tournament venue or nearby restaurants

• Return to hotel after games

Day 10 – Finals – Milan Visit

• Breakfast at the hotel

• Final matches of the Italy Lacrosse Cup

• Lunch on your own

• Awards ceremony and closing celebration

• Guided visit of Milan city center

• Dinner on your own and overnight

Day 11 – Return to USA

• Breakfast at the hotel (boxed or regular depending on flight time)

• Transfer to Milan Malpensa International Airport (MXP)

• Return flight to the United States

Important Notes:

Upgraded seats and deviations may not be possible depending on the airline policies for group travel.

Do not purchase any flights until AIST confirms the schedule about 4-5 months prior to departure.

To include airfare in your tour package, you must select the the add-on at check-out of your preferred option. Seats are limited at the quoted price, and if additional seats are needed, the cost may increase. Book early to secure your spot. Seats are limited and available to first come first serve. They can be added at another time if you prefer to check on booking your own flights but do not book any flights until AIST confirms a complete roster.

The prices below are based on the following conditions:

• 9 night Ground package

• Cost is quoted per person

• Ground Package cost only - Airfare is available separately with a group flight option - or you can purchase on your own

• Minimum 15 paying passengers for prices below

• Cost is subject to change until deposit and registration is received

• Discounts available if deposited before June 1, 2026 for players ($500) and for Friends and family ($250) until November 1, 2026. (MUST use discount codes before June 1 for player discounts)

• $500 deposit due to confirm - Refundable until Nov 1, 2026

• 6-7 months prior to departure - about 30% of total due

• 5 months prior to departure - 50% of the total cost land and air due

• About 2 months prior to departure all balances will be due and non-refundable

Cancellation fees will be kept to a minimum. However, in the event of you having to cancel part, or all your arrangements within the following, the below cancellation conditions apply. Airfare cancellation policies are separate and vary from carrier to carrier.

• The initial deposit is non-refundable ($500 per person) after November 1, 2026

• 130 – 61 days prior to departure 50%-75% of total cost land an air will be non-refundable

• 60 – Days prior to departure there will be no refunds

• Once travel has commenced, no refunds will be given. This includes any unused portion of the tour.

• WeTravel Processing fees are non-refundable (Consider Payment by Check to avoid processing fees)

REPLACEMENT PARTICIPANT INFORMATION: If a pre-enrolled participant cannot travel for any reason, a substitute may be sent in his/her place. We must receive the name of the replacement participant at least 15 days before the teams departure. If a replacement cannot be sent the Cancellation and Refund Policy stated above will be applied.

• Select your Ground package by your preferred position. Spots are limited at each position. You will have the opportunity to play multiple positions to have a great lax experience regardless of the tour package selected.

• $500 deposit is due and fully refundable until NOVEMBER 1, 2026 (cancel for any reason for full refund, less WeTravel processing fees of 3% - Pay by check to avoid fees)

• EARLY27PLAYER discounts are available to the first 5 players to register and deposit before June 1, 2027
