Your adventure will begin upon landing, when you will be met at the gate and escorted through the terminal by our team. After expediting passage through customs and immigration, your luggage will be collected, and you'll be led to your private driver. Your tour leader will welcome you at the hotel.
Take your time to settle in, and feel free to venture out for your first taste of Rome.
The hotel is located in a very central position that allows you to reach restaurants, shops and some iconic monuments by foot. Don't be shy, let the magic atmosphere of Rome capture your senses.
In the evening, meet your travel companions for an elegant and yet intimate welcome aperitivo. As you admire Rome’s rooftops glowing in the light of the setting sun, you will enjoy crafted cocktails and small bites while conversation begins to flow, and connections take shape. Discover the timeless beauty of the Eternal City on this exclusive 6-hour private guided tour. Accompanied by your professional guide and private driver, you will explore the heart of Ancient Rome and some of the city’s most iconic landmarks.
Your journey begins in the very center of the ancient empire with a visit to the legendary Colosseum, the largest amphitheater ever built in the Roman world and the stage for gladiatorial contests and grand public spectacles. Nearby stands the impressive Arch of Constantine, one of Rome’s best-preserved triumphal arches, erected to celebrate the victory of Emperor Constantine. From here, you will continue to the remarkable ruins of the Roman Forum, once the political, religious, and commercial heart of the Roman Empire. As you'll walk among the remains of temples, markets, and ancient roads, your guide will help you imagine how this area looked two thousand years ago when senators, merchants, and citizens crowded its lively streets. Nearby you will also see the remains of the Imperial Forums, including Trajan's Forum, Forum of Augustus, and Forum of Caesar, each built by powerful emperors to celebrate their achievements.
Midway through the experience, you will enjoy a relaxing break for lunch, offering the perfect opportunity to recharge before continuing the afternoon exploration.
After lunch, your tour continues with some of Rome’s most beautiful and fascinating sites. You will visit San Pietro in Vincoli, home to Michelangelo’s extraordinary sculpture, the Moses. You will also enjoy the breathtaking panorama from Capitoline Hill, one of the most historic hills of Rome before arriving at the vast ancient chariot-racing arena known as the Circus Maximus. The Aventine Hill, will reveal unveil a perfect perspective of St. Peter's Basilica framed by a famous keyhole. You will also discover the impressive remains of the monumental Baths of Caracalla. Your private driver will then take you along stretches of the legendary Appian Way, one of the oldest and most important Roman roads, where sections of the mighty Aurelian Walls can still be admired. The experience concludes in the heart of Baroque and classical Rome. You will stop at the magnificent Trevi Fountain, and will finally visit the extraordinary Pantheon, one of the best-preserved monuments of Ancient Rome, renowned for its majestic dome and open oculus.
Upon returning to the hotel, your tour leader will be delighted to offer dinner recommendations, allowing you to continue your Roman journey at your own pace, whether enjoying a deliberate, intimate solo dinner, or sharing the experience with your newly found travel companions.

Your morning will be dedicated to discovering the extraordinary treasures of the Vatican Museums, the breathtaking Sistine Chapel and the magnificent Saint Peter’s Basilica during a curated private guided tour. You will be led through cobblestoned narrow streets and sun-drenched piazzas, on an exclusive Roman Food Tour. Along the way, you will taste the city’s beloved specialties: crispy supplì hot from the fryer, pizza al taglio, artisanal cold cuts, and a velvety gelato to finish. It’s time to say arrivederci to Rome. A private transfer will carry you through Tuscany's rolling hills and sunflowers fields, revealing the stunning beauty of the countryside. Along the way, the Social Circle will pause in Monteriggioni, a perfectly preserved hilltop hilltop medieval village in the heart of the Chianti region. Later, you will arrive at a local winery, nestled among the vineyards that define the region. Here, the estate’s rich winemaking heritage comes alive as you enjoy a guided tour of the vineyards and cellars, learning about meticulous care behind each vintage. The experience will continue with an exclusive wine tasting, featuring a selection of exceptional Chianti reds, smooth Super Tuscans, and other local varietals. Each wine will be thoughtfully paired with a farm-to-table lunch, highlighting the freshest seasonal ingredients, artisanal cheeses, and regional specialties, creating a perfect harmony between the flavors of Tuscany and the wines that accompany them. Today will mark your farewell to Venice as you board Italy’s high-speed train and watch the country’s landscape unfold as you travel south. Upon arrival in Naples, your private driver will be waiting to escort you along the spectacular coastline to Ravello.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking, paying a deposit, or otherwise authorizing Meraviglioso Travel to proceed with the requested arrangements, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all travelers included in the booking.
The person making the booking represents that they have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of all travelers listed in the reservation.
2. Contracting Entity and Booking Scope
The booking confirmation, invoice, and payment instructions shall identify the legal entity acting as the contracting party for the booking.
If a travel advisor, host agency, referral partner, or other intermediary is involved, such party shall be deemed to act solely as an intermediary unless expressly identified in writing as the contracting party or merchant of record.
Meraviglioso Travel may arrange services directly and/or through selected third-party suppliers, including hotels, drivers, guides, restaurants, transport providers, experience operators, and ticketing services.
3. Estimates, Availability, and Pricing
All estimates, itineraries, and quotations are subject to availability and are not binding until confirmed in writing.
Prices may change until the booking is confirmed and any required deposit has been received, especially where third-party services are involved.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, prices shown in any estimate can only be guaranteed if the services are confirmed within fifteen (15) days from the date the estimate is issued.
For bookings requested less than forty (40) days before arrival, prices can only be guaranteed if confirmed within five (5) days from the date the estimate is issued, unless supplier conditions require faster confirmation.
Any descriptive language used in brochures, decks, websites, or proposals shall be read together with the final booking confirmation and inclusions list.
4. Reservations and Payments
All services and itineraries, unless otherwise agreed in writing, shall be prepaid as follows.
After receiving the first draft of the estimate and deciding to confirm the booking, the client may be required to pay a 50% deposit to cover planning, reservations, tickets, supplier commitments, and other costs already incurred or to be incurred.
Such deposit shall be credited against the final invoice, except to the extent it has been applied to non-refundable items, supplier penalties, transaction fees, or administrative expenses already incurred.
The balance of the invoice shall be due no later than forty (40) days prior to the client’s arrival date, unless otherwise stated in writing.
For bookings requested less than forty (40) days before arrival, full payment shall be due upon confirmation.
If final payment is not received by the applicable deadline, Meraviglioso Travel reserves the right to suspend or cancel the booking and release any services held, without prejudice to the client’s obligation to pay any non-refundable costs already incurred.
Refunds, where due, shall be returned to the original form of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law.
5. Final Documents and Client Review
Within three (3) business days after receipt of the final payment, the client will receive by email a confirmation document containing the services confirmed by Meraviglioso Travel, together with any tickets, vouchers, or travel information then available.
The client is responsible for reviewing all confirmation documents upon receipt and notifying Meraviglioso Travel promptly, and in any event within forty-eight (48) hours, of any discrepancy, inaccuracy, or missing information.
6. Changes Requested by the Client
Any request by the client to change dates, names, routes, accommodations, transportation, activities, passenger numbers, or other material elements of the booking after confirmation shall be treated as a modification request.
Meraviglioso Travel will use reasonable efforts to accommodate modification requests, but cannot guarantee that changes will be possible once services have been confirmed.
Changes may result in repricing, supplier penalties, loss of promotional rates, cancellation charges, rebooking costs, or additional administrative fees.
No requested change shall be effective unless confirmed in writing by Meraviglioso Travel.
7. Inclusions, Exclusions, and Room Basis
Only those items expressly listed in the booking confirmation, final itinerary, or confirmed service description shall be deemed included.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, the following are not included: flights, travel insurance, gratuities, city taxes or local accommodation taxes where applicable, meals and beverages not specifically listed, minibar, room service, personal expenses, optional activities, medical expenses, baggage fees, and any item not expressly stated as included.
Where Meraviglioso Travel advertises “No Solo Supplement,” this means that the package price includes limited quantity single occupancy in the room category expressly identified in the booking confirmation, unless otherwise stated in writing. Once the room category included in the base price is sold out, clients may book higher room categories at the applicable rates.
Any room upgrade, premium view, suite category, or special hotel request shall be subject to availability and may incur an additional charge unless expressly included.
Suggested gratuities, where culturally appropriate, are discretionary only and remain entirely at the client’s discretion.
8. Delivery of Services
Vehicle allocation is based on the number of passengers, luggage volume, route, safety requirements, and operational availability. Standard transfer pricing is generally based on a sedan vehicle for up to two passengers with one large suitcase and two carry-on bags, unless otherwise specified in writing.
The client must provide accurate information concerning passengers, luggage, child seats, pets, oversized items, and any special transport needs at the time of booking. Meraviglioso Travel reserves the right to revise pricing or assign a different vehicle category where necessary.
Specific vehicle models, room numbers, tables, views, guides, boats, restaurants, or similar elements cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
The rates set out in this quotation are based on the fuel and transport operating costs in effect on the date of issue. In the event of any material and documented increase in such costs after confirmation and prior to the delivery of the services, we reserve the right to apply a fuel surcharge or other proportional price adjustment, subject to written notice to the client.
Hotels, restaurants, routes, guides, visits, transport services, and experience components may be substituted, modified, delayed, or reordered where reasonably necessary for operational, seasonal, supplier, safety, weather, or availability reasons, provided that the overall standard of the service remains materially comparable.
Boat experiences are subject to weather, sea, port, safety, and local operational conditions. The local operator or captain shall have final authority to determine whether the experience may proceed, be modified, or cancelled for safety reasons.
Images, descriptions, and marketing materials are illustrative in nature and may not depict the exact room, vehicle, guide, boat, table, or view ultimately provided.
9. Minimum Participation and Changes by Meraviglioso Travel
Certain departures require a minimum number of fully paid participants to operate.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, any departure described as requiring confirmed travelers shall require a minimum of four (4) fully paid guests.
If the minimum number is not reached, Meraviglioso Travel reserves the right to cancel the departure no later than sixty (60) days before the scheduled start date.
In such case, the client shall be entitled to a refund of all sums paid to Meraviglioso Travel for the affected land arrangements, unless the client elects in writing to transfer such amounts to another departure or travel product.
Meraviglioso Travel also reserves the right to cancel or materially modify services before departure where reasonably necessary due to supplier failure, safety concerns, legal restrictions, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Unless otherwise required by law, Meraviglioso Travel shall not be responsible for airfare, insurance premiums, hotel nights, or other independently purchased services not booked directly through MeravigliosoTravel.
10. Cancellation by the Client
Upon confirmation of an itinerary, any cancellation or reduction of services may result in cancellation fees, supplier penalties, and/or price adjustments depending on the type of service booked and the notice period.
Unless different conditions are specified in writing for a particular service, the following cancellation charges shall apply to the total booking amount:
Cancellations made at any time: a 5% management fee.
Cancellations made between thirty-nine (39) and eight (8) days before the first booked service: 50% of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made between seven (7) days or less before the first booked service, or in the event of a no-show: 100% of the total booking amount.
In addition to the above, the client shall remain responsible for any non-refundable third-party costs, ticketing costs, transaction fees, or supplier penalties that cannot be recovered.
No refund shall be due for unused, missed, interrupted, voluntarily abandoned, or partially used services, except where required by law.
11. Client Responsibilities, Insurance, and On-Trip Issues
The client is responsible for ensuring that all travelers hold valid passports, visas, travel authorizations, health documents, and any other documents required for entry, transit, and participation in the booked services.
The client is also responsible for providing accurate traveler names, dates of birth where required, contact details, luggage information, dietary restrictions, allergies, reduced mobility needs, and any other relevant information necessary for the correct performance of the services.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is not included unless expressly stated in writing. The client is encouraged to obtain suitable coverage for medical expenses, trip cancellation, interruption, delay, baggage, and personal belongings.
If the client encounters any issue during the trip, they must notify Meraviglioso Travel without undue delay so that reasonable efforts may be made to assist and, where possible, remedy the issue while travel is ongoing.
Failure to report a problem promptly during travel may reduce any entitlement to refund or compensation to the extent that timely notice would have allowed the issue to be resolved or mitigated.
12. Liability, Privacy, Governing Law, and Mandatory Disclosures
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Meraviglioso Travel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of enjoyment, emotional distress, loss of opportunity, or independently purchased services.
Where Meraviglioso Travel acts as arranger or intermediary for third-party services, its liability shall be limited to the proper performance of its own obligations in arranging those services, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Meraviglioso Travel shall not be liable for delay, non-performance, or improper performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, transport disruption, government restrictions, civil unrest, supplier insolvency, or similar events.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Personal data shall be processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Meraviglioso Travel’s Privacy Policy, and may be shared with selected suppliers strictly as necessary to arrange and deliver the booked services.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law identified in the booking confirmation for the contracting entity, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply under applicable law.
If any mandatory U.S. state-specific seller-of-travel or consumer disclosure is required for a particular booking, such disclosure shall be deemed incorporated into these Terms and shall prevail to the extent required by law.
