This is a special one. We gather once again at the lush eco-resort Villa Sumaya, located on Guatemala's world-renowned Lake Atitlán, for a week of yoga, amazing food, ritual lake swims, ancestral ceremony and vibrant new (and renewed) friendships. A deep recharge in a world gone slightly impossible. And if my past visits are any indication, it's going to be truly magical.

BE ADVISED
Yoga Alchemy is not suited for absolute beginners or those dealing with serious injury. A reasonable level of fitness/yoga experience is assumed. Some suites require lots of stairs to achieve. Also, the mountains and volcanoes around Villa Sumaya are a bit rugged and challenging. (And you’ll want to explore). Please plan accordingly.
Lake Atitlán, located in the Sierra Madre de Chiapas mountain range, is celebrated as one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. It’s famous for its stunning vistas, most notably the three breathtaking volcanoes to the south. The lake itself rests inside an enormous caldera, formed from an eruption some 85,000 years ago (you know, give or take a few). More here.
