Join Lauren for a daylong retreat at the beautiful and peaceful Green Gulch Farm Zen Center in Marin. Together we will explore the path of practice and what it means to "live our yoga."
This retreat includes 2 yoga classes, sound healing, dharma discussions, a farm to table lunch and some open time to explore the property and surrounding coastal hikes.
