We will join together for a deeply nourishing, inspiring and rejuvenating week of yoga, meditation and farm to table meals at the magical oasis that is Cocoon. Lauren and Leia will lead daily yoga and meditation classes and Emma will offer sound healing experiences.
Just two hours south of Lisbon, Cocoon Portugal is a 270 acre coastal farm and retreat located on the breathtaking Atlantic coast of Portugal, near the charming fishing village of Zambujeira do Mar, in the Alentejo region, which is known for its long stretches of untouched coastline and charming white-washed villages.
We are so excited to call Cocoon home for a week and to take in the beauty of the farm and its surroundings.

We recommend guests renting cars to get to and from Cocoon. We will help coordinate carpooling for those that prefer not to rent a car. It us the best way to see the coast and get around!
