NOURISH & GLOW Yoga + TRE Retreat is a journey to the whispers of your Soul. A time to quiet the distractions, listen to the ocean, land and your truth so that your inner voice can truly sing!

Experience a week of pure nourishment with us. Revitalize and feed your energy with twice-daily offerings of yoga and meditation and release anything that has been dimming your inner light.


Through Kundalini Yoga & Meditation, Hatha Yoga, TRE® (Tension & Tension Releasing Exercises), Community Rituals, and Gong Bath - Aviva Levine and Shirley Johnson are excited to hold the space for you to relax, expand and radiate your absolute and unique glow. Enjoy three daily organic and freshly curated meals, sit in ceremony (Aztec Sweat lodge option too), hike, dance, swim, play and make new friends!


Set on the beautiful shores of the Pacific Ocean on the West Coast of Mexico, Mar de Jade Retreat Center sets the perfect environment for giving yourself permission to nourish yourself.  Whether that nourishment comes from the delicious farm-to table meals, fresh juices, an afternoon read on the hammocks, our daily practices, an excursion into the jungle, the melody of the ocean- this retreat invites slowing down, self-reflection and play. Aviva and Shirley bring many years of teaching yoga, holding space, bodywork, and ritual together and as a team.  We are not here to be your gurus or tell you what to do, we are here to co-create community and to hold up a mirror for you to remember and clearly see your true glow. Let us allow the wisdom that we each have to be shared - let us inspire one another so that we may feel our most nourished and glowed up selves. And let us share our purpose with the world from this place - deeply connected and restored.

About TRE®

TRE®
is an innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. Created by Dr. David Berceli, PhD, TRE® safely activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. When this muscular shaking/vibrating mechanism is activated in a safe and controlled environment, the body is encouraged to return back to a state of balance.


TRE® is based on the fundamental idea, backed by recent scientific research, that stress, tension and trauma are both psychological and physical. TRE®’s reflexive muscle vibrations generally feel pleasant and soothing. After doing TRE®, many people report feelings of peace and well-being.

Make sure you have a valid passport, ideally not expiring within 6 months of returning to US.

Flight prices change all the time - if you need to fly in a day earlier or later, you can email the hotel to get a discounted nightly rate (email for info)

Cancellation policy

About your organizer

AVIVA LEVINE, E-RYT 200 ERYT, TRE® PROVIDER Trained as a Forrest Yoga teacher under Ana Forrest, Aviva is fascinated with the body’s ability to transform. She is inspired to help others experience this evolution within themselves. She promotes a deeper connection with the body through modalities including Yoga, Pilates and TRE. With compassion, curiosity and humor; she creates a sweet space to move from struggle and limitation, towards integration of body and mind. Finding comfort in movement, Aviva studied; ballet, jazz, modern dance and played competitive ultimate frisbee. After a lifetime of physical activity, multiple injuries led her to Forrest Yoga. During a TRE workshop she found that TRE complimented the deep transformative qualities of her personal practice and teaching. Her group classes and private lessons are an offering of the incredible benefits of simple techniques to heal; chronic pain, physical and emotional trauma, and injuries.
